شهد عزاء الموسيقار اللبناني الراحل زياد الرحباني لحظات إنسانية مؤثرة، إذ حرص عدد كبير من نجوم الفن والإعلام على تقديم واجب العزاء، وسط حضور فيروز وابنتها ريما الرحباني، في كنيسة رقاد السيدة ببلدة المحيدثة في كفيا-لبنان.
وكانت الفنانة جوليا بطرس أولى الحاضرات، وتوالى بعدها وصول نخبة من الفنانين، بينهم: هيفاء وهبي، مايا دياب، كارول سماحة، نجوى كرم، راغب علامة، كارمن لبّس، مارسيل خليفة، لطيفة، هبة طوجي وآخرون.
وخطفت الفنانة ماجدة الرومي الأنظار بلحظة مؤثرة، إذ دخلت في نوبة بكاء وانهيار أثناء تقديم العزاء، وقبّلت يد السيدة فيروز في مشهد لامس مشاعر الجميع، وتداولته وسائل التواصل بكثافة.
من أبرز لقطات العزاء أيضاً، المشهد الذي جمع فيروز بالفنانة نجوى كرم، إذ قدمت الأخيرة تعازيها بهدوء، قبل أن تطلب منها السيدة فيروز الجلوس إلى جوارها، في لحظة اتسمت بالاحترام العميق والإنسانية اللافتة.
وكان صباح اليوم قد شهد توافد مئات المشيعين، من محبي زياد الرحباني وزملائه وأقاربه، الذين اصطفوا أمام المستشفى لتوديع الجثمان بالورود والدموع، في وداع يليق باسم موسيقي استثنائي طبع في الذاكرة الفنية اللبنانية والعربية.
The funeral of the late Lebanese musician Ziad Rahbani witnessed touching human moments, as a large number of stars from the art and media fields made sure to pay their respects, with the presence of Fairuz and her daughter Rima Rahbani, at the Church of Our Lady's Dormition in the town of Mahditha in Kfifia, Lebanon.
The artist Julia Boutros was among the first to arrive, followed by a selection of artists, including: Haifa Wehbe, Maya Diab, Carole Samaha, Najwa Karam, Ragheb Alama, Carmen Lebbos, Marcel Khalife, Latifa, Hiba Tawaji, and others.
The artist Majida El Roumi captured attention with an emotional moment, as she broke down in tears during the condolence presentation and kissed the hand of Mrs. Fairuz in a scene that touched everyone's feelings and was widely shared on social media.
Among the most notable moments of the funeral was the scene that brought Fairuz together with artist Najwa Karam, as the latter offered her condolences calmly before Mrs. Fairuz asked her to sit beside her, in a moment characterized by deep respect and remarkable humanity.
This morning also saw the arrival of hundreds of mourners, including fans of Ziad Rahbani, his colleagues, and relatives, who lined up in front of the hospital to bid farewell to the body with flowers and tears, in a farewell worthy of the name of an exceptional musician who has left a mark in the Lebanese and Arab artistic memory.
