يشهد مسلسل «كتالوج» بطولة الفنان المصري محمد فراج مفاجأة من العيار الثقيل، بمشاركة الكابتن محمود الخطيب رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي، في إحدى حلقات العمل، المقرر انطلاق عرضه اليوم عبر منصة «نتفليكس».
وجاء ظهور الخطيب في المسلسل استجابة لإحدى أمنيات الفنان الراحل نبيل الحلفاوي، الذي تربطه به علاقة صداقة قوية منذ زمن بعيد.
وطلب نبيل الحلفاوي قبل رحيله من الخطيب أن يساند نجله وليد الحلفاوي في مسلسله «كتالوج»، الذي كان يعمل فيه على الإخراج، ومن ثم وافق الأخير دون تردد.
ويظهر الخطيب ضمن أحداث المسلسل في مشهد مؤثر يتحدث فيه عن دعم الأبناء وكيف يقوي الأب أواصر المحبة والدعم والمساندة لأولاده، وتشجيعاً منه على التربية الإيجابية وزرع القيم للأجيال القادمة.
ووثق الخطيب مشاركته في العمل بصورة مع فريق عمل المسلسل، حيث جمعت الصورة كلاً من: محمود الخطيب رئيس النادي الأهلي، والفنان محمد فراج، والمنتج أحمد الجنايني، والمخرج وليد الحلفاوي، والفنان خالد كمال.
قصة مسلسل كتالوج
يجمع مسلسل «كتالوج» دراما دافئة بين الفكاهة الهادئة والمشاعر، وتدور القصة حول يوسف، وهو الدور الذي يلعبه المصري محمد فراج، حيث يجد نفسه فجأة مسؤولاً عن تربية طفليه بعد وفاة زوجته أمينة التي تقدمها الفنانة ريهام عبد الغفور، حيث يكتشف يوسف سلسلة من مقاطع الفيديو التعليمية حول التربية التي كانت زوجته الراحلة قد سجلتها قبل موتها، وكل فيديو يصبح دليلاً ومنارة تعيده إلى قلوب أولاده، حيث يكتشف قوة لم يكن يعلم بوجودها، ومن ثم تدور الأحداث في إطار مشوق.

The series "Catalog," starring Egyptian artist Mohamed Farag, features a heavy surprise with the participation of Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ahly Club, in one of the episodes, set to premiere today on the "Netflix" platform.
El Khatib's appearance in the series came in response to one of the wishes of the late artist Nabil El Halafawy, with whom he has had a strong friendship for a long time.
Before his passing, Nabil El Halafawy asked El Khatib to support his son Walid El Halafawy in his series "Catalog," which he was working on as a director, and the latter agreed without hesitation.
El Khatib appears in the series in an emotional scene where he talks about supporting children and how a father strengthens the bonds of love, support, and assistance for his children, encouraging positive upbringing and instilling values for future generations.
El Khatib documented his participation in the work with a photo alongside the series' crew, which included: Mahmoud El Khatib, the president of Al Ahly Club, artist Mohamed Farag, producer Ahmed El Genaini, director Walid El Halafawy, and artist Khaled Kamal.
The Story of the Series "Catalog"
The series "Catalog" combines warm drama with gentle humor and emotions. The story revolves around Youssef, played by Egyptian Mohamed Farag, who suddenly finds himself responsible for raising his two children after the death of his wife Amina, portrayed by artist Riham Abdel Ghafour. Youssef discovers a series of educational videos on parenting that his late wife had recorded before her death, with each video serving as a guide and beacon that brings him closer to his children's hearts, revealing a strength he didn't know he possessed, leading to a thrilling narrative.
