أثارت الفنانة اللبنانية سينتيا خليفة قلق جمهورها بعد أن نشرت صورة من داخل أحد المستشفيات في لبنان، حيث ظهرت وهي تتلقى العلاج بالمحاليل الطبية، في إشارة إلى تعرضها لوعكة صحية مفاجئة.
وفي بيان صحفي، كشفت سينتيا أنها تعرضت لتسمم غذائي حاد أدى إلى إصابتها بنزلة معوية شديدة، نُقلت على إثرها إلى أحد المستشفيات الكبرى في بيروت، مشيرة إلى أن حالتها الصحية بدأت في التحسن، وأنها تتعافى تدريجياً.
وقالت خليفة إن الأزمة الصحية بدأت منذ وصولها إلى لبنان لقضاء إجازة قصيرة مع أسرتها، حيث ظلت تعاني على مدار يومين من أعراض شديدة، قبل أن يتم إسعافها، مطالبة جمهورها بالدعاء لها بالشفاء العاجل.
وتستعد سينتيا للعودة إلى القاهرة الأسبوع القادم، لاستكمال تصوير مشاهدها في مسلسل «ابن النادي» إلى جانب النجم أحمد فهمي، بعد انتهائها من تصوير فيلم «بيج رامي» مع الفنان رامز جلال، المقرر طرحه قريباً في دور العرض.
وتعيش سينتيا حالياً حالة من النشاط الفني، إذ تستعد لتصوير فيلم عالمي جديد بعنوان «White Mars» مع النجمة لوسي هيل، إضافة إلى مشاركتها في فيلم «Borderline» إلى جانب النجم العالمي لوسيان لافسكونت بطل مسلسل «Emily in Paris».
The Lebanese artist Cynthia Khalifa raised concerns among her fans after she posted a photo from inside a hospital in Lebanon, where she appeared to be receiving treatment with medical fluids, indicating that she had suffered a sudden health setback.
In a press statement, Cynthia revealed that she had experienced severe food poisoning that led to a serious intestinal infection, for which she was transferred to one of the major hospitals in Beirut, noting that her health condition has started to improve and that she is gradually recovering.
Khalifa stated that the health crisis began upon her arrival in Lebanon to spend a short vacation with her family, where she suffered for two days from severe symptoms before being treated, asking her fans to pray for her quick recovery.
Cynthia is preparing to return to Cairo next week to continue filming her scenes in the series "Ibn Al-Nadi" alongside star Ahmed Fahmy, after finishing filming the movie "Big Rami" with artist Ramez Galal, which is set to be released soon in theaters.
Cynthia is currently experiencing a period of artistic activity, as she is preparing to shoot a new international film titled “White Mars” with star Lucy Hale, in addition to her participation in the film “Borderline” alongside international star Lucien Laviscount, the hero of the series “Emily in Paris.”
