أكد محامي الفنانة الكويتية شجون، جراح مبارك الواوان، أن فريقه القانوني يرصد بدقة كافة حالات التشهير والإساءة إلى موكلته عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مشيراً إلى أن هذه الأفعال تُعد جرائم يعاقب عليها القانون.
وأضاف أي تجاوز أو تداول يخل بسمعة أو كرامة شجون سيؤدي إلى مساءلة قانونية فورية دون سابق إنذار، لافتاً إلى أن هذا التحذير يأتي في سياق حرصه على حماية حقوق موكلته والحفاظ على سمعتها وسط تداول الأخبار والمعلومات غير الدقيقة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
ونشرت وزارة الداخلية في دولة الكويت، الجمعة الماضية، عبر حساباتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي صورة تعود إلى الفنانة شجون دون ذكر اسمها.
وفي بيان رسمي صدر عن وزارة الداخلية الكويتية، أكّدت أن قطاع الأمن الجنائي ممثلاً بـ«الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات» تمكّن من ضبط مواطنة بحوزتها مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية بقصد التعاطي، وذلك ضمن الجهود الأمنية المستمرة لمكافحة آفة المخدرات.
وأشار البيان إلى أن هذه الضبطية جاءت ضمن سلسلة من عمليات البحث والتحري التي تنفذها الإدارة، بعد الاشتباه بالمتهمة نتيجة معلومات تفيد بحيازتها مواد ممنوعة. وبناءً عليه، تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المتبعة، وضبط المواطنة التي عُثر بحوزتها على كمية من مادة الماريجوانا والكوكايين، إلى جانب مؤثرات عقلية أخرى.
محامي شجون: مساءلة قانونية فورية للمشهّرين
The lawyer of the Kuwaiti artist Shouq, Jarrah Mubarak Al-Wawan, confirmed that his legal team is closely monitoring all cases of defamation and abuse directed at his client through social media platforms, noting that these actions are considered crimes punishable by law.
He added that any violation or circulation that undermines Shouq's reputation or dignity will lead to immediate legal accountability without prior notice, pointing out that this warning comes in the context of his commitment to protecting his client's rights and maintaining her reputation amid the circulation of inaccurate news and information on social media platforms.
Last Friday, the Ministry of Interior in the State of Kuwait published a photo of the artist Shouq on its official social media accounts without mentioning her name.
In an official statement issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, it confirmed that the Criminal Security Sector, represented by the "General Administration for Drug Control," managed to arrest a citizen in possession of narcotic substances and psychotropic substances for the purpose of consumption, as part of ongoing security efforts to combat the drug epidemic.
The statement indicated that this seizure came as part of a series of search and investigation operations carried out by the administration, after suspecting the accused based on information indicating her possession of prohibited substances. Consequently, the necessary legal procedures were taken, and the citizen was arrested with a quantity of marijuana and cocaine, along with other psychotropic substances.
