قضت محكمة مصرية ببراءة الفنان المصري محمد رمضان من التهم الموجهة إليه في القضية المتعلقة بإهانة العلم المصري والإساءة إلى رموز الدولة، الأمر الذي أثار جدلًا واسعًا وقت عرضه حفله في أمريكا.
وفي أول تعليق لمحمد رمضان، على براءته من اتهامه بإهانة العلم المصري والإساءة لرموز الدولة، أعلن طرح أغنيته الجديدة بعنوان «أنا رئيسها»، والمقرر طرحها اليوم الأربعاء على قناته الرسمية في يوتيوب وجميع المنصات الموسيقية.
وبدأت القصة عندما تقدم أحد المحامين بدعوى جنحة مباشرة أمام المحكمة، اتهم فيها محمد رمضان بارتكاب أفعال تمس القيم الوطنية، على رأسها إهانة العلم المصري، والترويج لأفكار الماسونية، معتبرًا ما حدث اعتداءً على الكرامة الوطنية.
وطالب المدعي بإلزام رمضان بدفع تعويض قدره مليار دولار دعمًا للمشروعات القومية، وجبرًا للضرر الأدبي الذي لحق بالشعب المصري.
وجاء في الدعوى أيضاً أن رمضان ظهر في مقاطع مصورة تم تداولها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وهو يضع العلم المصري على ظهره، وهو ما اعتُبر إساءة مباشرة للرموز الوطنية.
وفي سياق مختلف، يعكف محمد رمضان على انتهاء تصوير فيلم «أسد» بشكل نهائي، استعدادًا لطرحه في السينمات على مستوى عالمي خلال الفترة القليلة المقبلة.

The story began when a lawyer filed a direct misdemeanor lawsuit before the court, accusing Mohamed Ramadan of committing acts that undermine national values, primarily insulting the Egyptian flag and promoting Masonic ideas, considering what happened an assault on national dignity.
The plaintiff demanded that Ramadan be obligated to pay a compensation of one billion dollars in support of national projects and to compensate for the moral damage inflicted on the Egyptian people.
The lawsuit also stated that Ramadan appeared in video clips circulated on social media, showing him placing the Egyptian flag on his back, which was considered a direct insult to national symbols.
In a different context, Mohamed Ramadan is working on completing the filming of the movie "Lion" definitively, in preparation for its release in cinemas worldwide in the coming period.
