أصدرت المحكمة الاقتصادية في القاهرة حكماً ببراءة الفنانة المصرية راندا البحيري من تهم السب والتشهير على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، التي أقامها ضدها طليقها الإعلامي سعيد جميل.
وقالت راندا على حسابها الرسمي على فيس بوك: «رسالة شكر للقضاء المصري بعدما أصدرت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية حكمًا ببراءتي في القضية التي أقامها ضدي طليقي الإعلامي سعيد جميل، والتي اتهمني فيها بالسب والتشهير عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي».
وأضافت: «في جلسة النطق بالحكم اليوم صدرت براءتي من تهمة التشهير والقذف والسب.. أشكر المحامي المحترم اللي وقف جنبي وقفة الأخ الحقيقي.. المستشار علاء قطب».
وتابعت: «وبشكر شكر كبير القضاء المصري الذي انصفني وقرأ القضية بالكامل واستمع وشاهد البرنامج (سبب المشكلة) أول حلقة من برنامج صبايا الخير التي كنت أتحدث فيها عن سابق أعمالي الفنية وتطرق الحديث إلى المرأة بعد الطلاق وبعض الأمور الشخصية دون المساس بأحد ودون الخوض في أعراض أحد وبالطبع دون السب والقذف وأكبر دليل على هذا أن البرنامج مُسجل وبه رقابة التي من المُفترض أنها تشاهد الحلقات وتقوم بمونتاج أي شيء تراه خارج السياق».
وختمت راندا منشورها بتوجه رسائل شكر، قالت فيها: «بشكر ابني حبيبي اللي استحمل كل ده ياسين.. شكرًا للقاضي الجليل المحترم.. شكرًا المحكمة الاقتصادية.. شكراً للعدالة بمصر».
The Economic Court in Cairo issued a ruling acquitting the Egyptian artist Randa Al-Buheiri of charges of defamation and slander on social media, brought against her by her ex-husband, the media figure Said Jamil.
Randa stated on her official Facebook account: "A message of thanks to the Egyptian judiciary after the Cairo Economic Court issued a ruling of my acquittal in the case brought against me by my ex-husband, the media figure Said Jamil, who accused me of defamation and slander on social media."
She added: "In today's ruling session, I was acquitted of the charges of defamation and slander... I thank the respected lawyer who stood by me like a true brother... Counselor Alaa Qutub."
She continued: "I also extend my heartfelt thanks to the Egyptian judiciary, which vindicated me and read the entire case, listened to and watched the program (The Cause of the Problem), the first episode of the Sabaya Al-Khayr program where I spoke about my previous artistic works, and the conversation touched on women after divorce and some personal matters without harming anyone and without delving into anyone's honor, and of course without defamation and slander. The best evidence of this is that the program is recorded and monitored, and it is supposed that they watch the episodes and edit anything they see as out of context."
Randa concluded her post by sending messages of thanks, saying: "I thank my beloved son who endured all of this, Yassin... Thank you to the honorable judge... Thank you to the Economic Court... Thank you to justice in Egypt."
