أكد الفنان المصري كريم عبد العزيز أنه استغرق 9 شهور في تصوير فيلمه الجديد «المشروع X» بسبب السفر لأكثر من دولة، متمنياً أن ينال العمل إعجاب الجمهور.
والتقت صحيفة «عكاظ» كريم عبد العزيز، خلال تواجده بالعرض الخاص للفيلم، الذي أقيم أمس لأول مرة في دار الأوبرا المصرية، حيث قال: «فكرة العمل تعتمد على الحضارة المصرية والعالم الفرعوني الذي لا ينتهي، وهذا أكثر ما شجعنى لتقديم الفيلم».
وأوضح كريم عبد العزيز أن المصريين يمتلكون مخزوناً كبيراً من التاريخ النادر لا بد من تسليط الضوء عليه في الأعمال السينمائية، لافتاً إلى أن السيناريو نال إعجابه عندما عُرض عليه من المؤلف بيتر ميمي، الذي يشهد هذا الفيلم التعاون الخامس بينهما.
وأشار كريم عبد العزيز إلى أن الدور الذي يلعبه جديد ومختلف عما قدمه من قبل في أعماله السابقة، لافتاً إلى أنه يحرص على التغيير دائماً في أعماله الفنية.
وعن تحضيراته لمشاهد الأكشن في الفيلم، رد كريم عبد العزيز أنه لم يتعرض لأي إصابات قوية خلال تصويره مشاهد الأكشن بالعمل، موضحاً أن المخرج بيتر ميمي استعان بفريق متخصص في تنفيذها، ولم يكن هناك مجال لأي خطأ.
وتوافد عدد كبير من نجوم الفن على السجادة الحمراء للعرض الخاص لفيلم «المشروع X»، الذي أقيم أمس في دار الأوبرا المصرية، لدعم كريم عبد العزيز، على رأسهم عمرو دياب، محمد حماقي، محمود العسيلي، عمرو سعد، أمير كرارة، ماجد الكدواني، أحمد فهمي، محمد فراج، المخرج رامي إمام، وآخرون.
فيلم «المشروع X» من تأليف وإخراج بيتر ميمي، ويشاركه في كتابة السيناريو أحمد حسني، وهو من بطولة: كريم عبد العزيز، إياد نصار، ياسمين صبري، أحمد غزي، عصام السقا، إضافة إلى مجموعة كبيرة من ضيوف الشرف، على رأسهم: ماجد الكدواني، كريم محمود عبد العزيز، وهنا الزاهد.

The newspaper "Okaz" interviewed Karim Abdel Aziz during the special screening of the film, which took place yesterday for the first time at the Egyptian Opera House, where he said: "The idea of the work is based on Egyptian civilization and the endless Pharaonic world, and this is what encouraged me the most to present the film."
Karim Abdel Aziz explained that Egyptians possess a vast reservoir of rare history that must be highlighted in cinematic works, noting that he was impressed by the script when it was presented to him by the writer Peter Mimi, marking their fifth collaboration in this film.
Karim Abdel Aziz pointed out that the role he plays is new and different from what he has presented in his previous works, emphasizing that he always strives for change in his artistic endeavors.
Regarding his preparations for the action scenes in the film, Karim Abdel Aziz responded that he did not suffer any serious injuries while filming the action scenes, explaining that director Peter Mimi relied on a specialized team to execute them, leaving no room for error.
A large number of art stars flocked to the red carpet for the special screening of the film "Project X," which was held yesterday at the Egyptian Opera House, to support Karim Abdel Aziz, led by Amr Diab, Mohamed Hamaki, Mahmoud El Esseily, Amr Saad, Amir Karara, Magdy Kdwaney, Ahmed Fahmy, Mohamed Farag, director Rami Imam, and others.
The film "Project X" is written and directed by Peter Mimi, with Ahmed Hosny co-writing the script. It stars: Karim Abdel Aziz, Iyad Nassar, Yasmine Sabri, Ahmed Ghazi, Essam El Sakka, in addition to a large group of guest stars, including: Magdy Kdwaney, Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, and Hana El Zahed.
