On the twenty-third of September each year, the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrate the anniversary of the unification of this nation by the founding king, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, in the year 1351 AH, marking the establishment of the third Saudi state after a journey of struggle and sacrifices that lasted for more than thirty years, during which the country transitioned from division and conflict to a united homeland characterized by security and stability under the banner of "There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah."
Today, as we celebrate National Day in 2026, we proudly remember the contributions of the founder and his royal successors, and we are living a new phase of construction under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
This occasion comes amid rapid geopolitical and economic transformations in the region and the world, during which the Kingdom has proven its ability to deal with changes wisely and with balance, maintaining its security, interests, and status, and enhancing its regional and international role.
This year's National Day also comes at an advanced stage of "Saudi Vision 2030," which has surpassed its mid-term and whose results have become evident in various fields, from economic diversification and empowering the private sector to tourism, technology, culture, sports, quality of life, and digital transformation. The vision is no longer just future goals but has become a reality that citizens can feel, reflecting the Kingdom's ambitions and its growing global status.
The greatest feature of the Kingdom remains the unity of its people and their rallying around their leadership, with everyone realizing that the strength of the homeland lies in its unity, stability, and the confidence of its citizens in its future. On National Day, feelings of pride and belonging are renewed, and the country is adorned with the green flag, celebrating a homeland that combines its rich past with its prosperous present and ambitious future.
We ask Allah to protect the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people, to continue granting it the blessing of security, safety, stability, and prosperity, and to guide it in continuing its journey of achievement towards a more prosperous future.
Every year, may our beloved homeland be more secure, dignified, and prosperous, and its leadership and people more united and confident in the future.
Long live your glory, O homeland.
