في أغسطس 2023 أعلن قائد البحرية في الحرس الثوري الإيراني وقتها علي رضا تنكسيري إستراتيجية الباسيج البحري للحرس الثوري وذلك عبر وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية «إيرنا»، عرض فيها مجموعة من الأسلحة التي لم تستخدم من قبل إيران إلا عبر مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية التي اتخذت من عملية ما يسمى «طوفان الأقصى» قميص عثمان لتنفيذ إستراتيجية الباسيج البحري التي بدأت قبل انطلاق طوفان الأقصى.
تصرفت مليشيا الحوثي بوقاحة سلوكية مفضوحة تقدمها كتابع مسير للنظام الإيراني ضاربة عرض الحائط بكل المخاطر المترتبة على اليمن واليمنيين الذين دفعوا ضريبة باهظة من البنية التحتية و الاستقرار حتى صارت الأجواء اليمنية مستباحة للطيران الإسرائيلي والأمريكي.
رغم اتباع النظام الإيراني إستراتيجية التنصل من الحوثي في فترات سابقة كشكل من أشكال التقية والتظليل المدروس إلا أن الوقائع جعلت حجب الشمس بغربال أمراً مستحيلاً.
الحرب الأمريكية الأخيرة على إيران صنعت واقعاً جديداً حول التعاطي الإيراني مع الحوثي إلى كرت مكشوف جعل عدداً من قيادات النظام الإيراني يهددون باستخدام باب المندب كرت ابتزاز للعالم وباللعب على المكشوف الذي ظهر بشكل غير قابل للشك في إرسال طائرة «ماهان إير» إلى صنعاء في تحدٍّ صارخ للقوانين والأعراف الدولية.
من المؤكد أن التصعيد الحوثي الأخير في البحر الأحمر هو انتحار مؤكد بالنظر الى المعطيات الداخلية والمتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية إلا أن مليشيا الحوثي تمارس ذلك الانتحار مما يؤكد أن القرار الحوثي ليس إلا بيد الحرس الثوري الإيراني الذي يتخذ من المليشيا كرت ابتزاز وقفازاً قذراً لتحقيق أجندته لصناعة الفوضى في المنطقة.
In August 2023, the then commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy, Ali Reza Tangsiri, announced the naval Basij strategy of the Revolutionary Guard through the Iranian news agency "IRNA," in which he presented a set of weapons that Iran had only used through the terrorist Houthi militia, which took the operation known as "Al-Aqsa Flood" as a pretext to implement the naval Basij strategy that began before the launch of Al-Aqsa Flood.
The Houthi militia acted with blatant behavioral audacity, presenting itself as a subordinate to the Iranian regime, disregarding all the risks posed to Yemen and Yemenis, who have paid a heavy price in terms of infrastructure and stability, to the extent that Yemeni airspace has become vulnerable to Israeli and American aircraft.
Despite the Iranian regime's strategy of disavowing the Houthis in previous periods as a form of taqiya and calculated deception, the facts have made it impossible to hide the sun with a sieve.
The recent American war on Iran has created a new reality regarding Iranian dealings with the Houthis, turning it into an open card that has led several Iranian regime leaders to threaten to use Bab el-Mandeb as a card of blackmail against the world, playing openly, which was clearly demonstrated by the dispatch of a "Mahan Air" plane to Sana'a in a blatant challenge to international laws and norms.
It is certain that the recent Houthi escalation in the Red Sea is a guaranteed suicide, considering the internal data and regional and international changes; however, the Houthi militia is committing this suicide, which confirms that the Houthi decision is merely in the hands of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, which uses the militia as a card of blackmail and a dirty glove to achieve its agenda of creating chaos in the region.
