Human reputation is shaped over time by what their consciences harbor and what their hearts desire, as well as what their minds convince them to change for the better or worse, amidst the rush of hours and the diversity of places. From a religious perspective, between strength and weakness, there is influence, then experience, behavior, habit, and finally impact.
A good seed does not tire its sower in plowing, planting, and watering; whoever has a pure profession has a pure intention. As for the "bellows blower," if he does not harm himself, he will harm you. Whoever is close to the good becomes good, and whoever is close to the bad becomes worse.
A good word is a charity, and it can also be a curse, "casting into the fire for seventy autumns" if not given due consideration. Life is an opportunity for repentance and goodness, and a mistake in behavior leads to disgrace. Just as a good deed has tenfold rewards, so as you treat others, you will be treated.
From the reality of a quarter of a decade now, I have realized that the purity of intentions is the foundation of safety, and that their corruption negates reassurance. There is a vast difference between the two; the first is promised the greenery of paradise, while the other has nothing but the flames of hell.
How could it be otherwise? The Prophet, peace be upon him, witnessed two funerals, one of which was for people in paradise and the other for those in hell; after their testimony of one being good and the other bad. Here lies the danger of the deceased's inability to control what is in people's minds. Whoever plays with reputation and takes it lightly will find no benefit from family or friends on that day.
O human; before your moment of death and throughout your life, you will not fade from minds. The prayers are either for your good or for your harm.
