In the hustle of modern life, amidst the noise of platforms and the flow of information without barriers, societies have begun to change in their collective conscience, in awareness, and in the "values" that were once a red line.
We are not only living in an era of digital transformation but also in an era of moral transformation, and there is a vast difference between those who advance with technology that protects humanity and those who rush towards tools that devour their humanity.
Fascination without immunity:
We have started to applaud those who "go viral" rather than those who "benefit," and we boast of those who "stir controversy," not those who "build minds"; an entire generation is now being raised by "influencers" without a message, on content without filtration, and devices without oversight.
But the more important question is not: "Who is responsible?" but: "Where has the guardian gone?".
The guardian who is absent:
Every society had a guardian; that father who does not overlook mistakes, the teacher who does not tolerate deviation, the journalist who does not promote mediocrity, the employee who does not accept corruption, even if it passes unnoticed. And when this guardian disappeared, or was stripped of his moral weapon; societies entered a gray tunnel, with no white or black, only a murky fog, and a "trend" that changes every hour.
When role models fall:
Today, the child sees fame in those who "scream," and values worth in those who "have more," not in those who "know more." The result: a generation running without direction, and a society walking on tiptoes, afraid of what is right because it is no longer "popular."
A call that does not flatter:
In this time, we do not need preachers, but rather stances. We do not want those who shout, but those who endure. Society does not collapse when mistakes increase, but when the wise remain silent, and the prudent apologize for not playing their role.
In conclusion:
Nations do not fall suddenly, but when the noble extinguish their light and leave the field to the counterfeiters.. So be the guardian, even if you stand alone.
