* هذا هو العنوان المناسب لما يحدث داخل جدران النادي الأهلي (النخبوي)، فبطل نخبة آسيا يعيش ضياعاً إدارياً واضحاً لجمهوره والإعلام في عمومه.
* هذا الضياع قد حذرت منه منذ سنة ونصف، منذ بدء الحرب الباردة بين الإنجليزيين الرئيس التنفيذي والمدير الرياضي ضد مدرب الفريق الألماني.! فعدم التوافق بين المدير الرياضي (المعزول) عن الفريق الأول والمدرب وطاقمه سبب هذا الضياع في ظل غياب تام لرئيسٍ كان من الممكن أن يكون توافقياً بين الطرفين ولكن للقيادة رجال.
* ذهب الرئيس التنفيذي بأمر الجمهور في الشتاء، وبقي (صاحبه) المدير الرياضي الذي لازال يصر على إبعاد المدرب الذي جلب النخبة بأقل المقدرات الممكنة عناصرياً رغم بقاء سنة من مدة عقده.
* سبق وأن أوضحت أن طلبات ماتياس (أقل من عادية) وكأنه من أبناء النادي الذي يخاف عليه.. وبصر المدير الرياضي على (تطفيشه).. وهنا أقول من يدعم هذا المدير بهذا الشكل رغم رفض كل الأوساط الرياضية له وتطالب برحيله.!
* أتذكر أنني كتبت في ٧ نوفمبر ٢٠١٩ هنا في عكاظ مقالاً بعنوان (أسباب تافهة) أشرت فيها للعمل الإداري بالنادي.. تتكرر ذات الأسباب بعد استحواذ صندوق الاستثمارات عليه.. حقاً مشاكل الأهلي تافهة إن لم تُحل ستتفاقم حتى تصبح أزمة..!
* الإدارة الحالية ليس لها علاقة (عملاً) بمنجز الأهلي؛ كون الألماني ماتياس عزل الفريق عن كل هذا الضعف الإداري.. وحسب ما قيل إنه تم (فصل) عشرات الموظفين في فترة وجيزة.. وتعيين أشخاص في مناصب حساسة (ليسوا أهلاويين).! وأمور أخرى يؤسفنا أنها تحصل للجمهور والإعلام الأهلاوي من شكاوى وغيرها من تسريبات عبر رسائل تويتر من أحد المناصب الحساسة..!
* كل تساؤلي الذي سبق وطالبت به: أين صندوق الاستثمارات من كل هذا السوء الإداري وهذه التعيينات الغريبة.! لماذا لا تشكل لجنة تحقيق للوقوف على كل هذا السوء الإداري..!
* المشاكل واضحة.. أبعدوا كل منصب لا ينتمي للأهلي لأن عمل الأندية يحتاج ولاء وغِيرة على النادي، بالإضافة للكفاءة العملية والعلمية وهي متوفرة بكثرة لدى الأهلاويين.!
* الأهلي مقبل على بطولات قارية متعددة.. الأندية بدأت بالتخطيط للموسم القادم عدا هذا النادي المليء بالبغضاء فيما بين من يعمل فيه.. فأنقذوا الأهلي من كل هذا السوء.
* ولن أنسى نظام وزارة الرياضة وما يحتويه من خلل في طبيعة تنصيب رؤساء النادي، فهي معادلة غير منصفة في زمن يحتاج العمل الحقيقي لا الدفع من أجل (صوره).

* فيما جاء في باب الصدق والنزاهة: يجب على القائد أن يكون صادقاً وأميناً في أقواله وأفعاله، وأن يلتزم بالمعايير الأخلاقية وقبلها الدينية..
* وفيما جاء في باب القيادة: أنها تحتوي على سلوكيات أهمها الصبر ومعرفة مشاعر المنتمين ومراعاة ذلك، لا أن يكون مقصلة لمشاعرهم.

* This is the appropriate title for what is happening within the walls of Al-Ahly Club (the elite), as the Asian elite champion is experiencing a clear administrative disarray for its audience and the media in general.
* I warned about this disarray a year and a half ago, since the beginning of the cold war between the English CEO and the sports director against the German team coach! The lack of alignment between the (isolated) sports director and the first team coach and his staff has caused this disarray, in the complete absence of a president who could have been a mediator between the two parties, but leadership requires capable men.
* The CEO left at the behest of the fans in the winter, while his (partner) the sports director insists on removing the coach who brought the elite with the least possible resources, despite having a year left on his contract.
* I have previously stated that Matthias's requests are (less than ordinary), as if he were one of the club's own who fears for it... and the sports director is focused on (driving him away)... Here I ask who supports this director in such a manner despite the rejection from all sports circles demanding his departure?!
* I remember that I wrote on November 7, 2019, here in Okaz an article titled (Trivial Reasons) in which I referred to the administrative work at the club... the same reasons are repeating after the investment fund took over... Truly, Al-Ahly's problems are trivial, and if not resolved, they will escalate into a crisis!
* The current administration has no (operational) connection to Al-Ahly's achievements; as the German Matthias has isolated the team from all this administrative weakness... It has been said that dozens of employees were (dismissed) in a short period... and people were appointed to sensitive positions (who are not Al-Ahly fans)! And other matters that we regret are happening to the Al-Ahly audience and media from complaints and other leaks through Twitter messages from one of the sensitive positions!
* All my previous questions remain: Where is the investment fund in all this administrative malfeasance and these strange appointments?! Why not form an investigative committee to address all this administrative failure?!
* The problems are clear... Remove every position that does not belong to Al-Ahly because running clubs requires loyalty and passion for the club, in addition to practical and academic competence, which is abundantly available among Al-Ahly fans!
* Al-Ahly is heading towards multiple continental championships... clubs have started planning for the upcoming season, except for this club filled with animosity among those who work in it... So save Al-Ahly from all this malfeasance.
* And I will not forget the Ministry of Sports' system and the flaws it contains in the nature of appointing club presidents; it is an unfair equation in a time that requires real work, not just pushing for (images).
