Federal Judge "Hernan De Vera" issued a decisive ruling rejecting the lawsuit and completely removing it from the corridors of the public courts, indicating that the entire file has been referred to closed, private arbitration sessions away from the spotlight of the press and media.
The secret behind the sudden downfall of this case was revealed in court documents, which showed that the four siblings (Edward, Dominic, Mary Nicole, and Aldo Casio), who have long been known as the "second family" and very close to Jackson before his death in 2009, had signed a confidential financial settlement agreement with the late star's estate in 2019, for which they received approximately 6.7 million Australian dollars.
This settlement included a strict clause prohibiting public litigation against the estate and requiring the parties to resort to private arbitration in the event of any dispute, with confirmation that the estate does not acknowledge any of the alleged violations against it.
