أصدرت محكمة فرنسية حكماً بالسجن لمدة 27 عاماً بحق رجل أُدين بإنهاء حياة زوجته خنقاً وتقطيع جثمانها، قبل التخلص من أشلائها داخل أحد أشهر متنزهات العاصمة باريس. وتعود تفاصيل الجريمة الصادمة إلى مطلع 2023 حين عثرت السلطات على أكياس بلاستيكية تحتوي على أجزاء من جثة الضحية ورأسها في حديقة «بوت شومون» الشهيرة.
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن الزوجين، وهما من أصول جزائرية ويعيشان في ضواحي باريس ولديهما ثلاثة أطفال، كانا يمران بفترة توتر وخلافات حادة تغذيها صعوبات مالية وانفصال عاطفي. وفي ليلة الحادثة، أقدم الزوج على خنق زوجته داخل شقتهما، ثم وضع جثتها على الأريكة وغطاها ببطانية، طالباً من أطفاله عدم إزعاجها بحجة أنها متعبة وتحتاج إلى الراحة، قبل أن يغادر المنزل لشراء آلة تقطيع كهربائية نفذ بها جريمته.
وبعد الاستماع إلى تفاصيل القضية ومواجهته بالأدلة الدامغة التي كشفت مساعيه لإخفاء معالم الجثة وتضليل العدالة، أدانت هيئة المحكمة المتهم بارتكاب القتل العمد والمثول بالجثمان، لتسدل الستار على القضية بالحكم عليه بالسجن لقرابة ثلاثة عقود.
A French court has sentenced a man to 27 years in prison for killing his wife by strangulation and dismembering her body, before disposing of her remains in one of the most famous parks in Paris. The shocking details of the crime date back to early 2023 when authorities found plastic bags containing parts of the victim's body and her head in the famous "Buttes-Chaumont" park.
Investigations revealed that the couple, who are of Algerian descent and live in the suburbs of Paris with three children, were going through a period of tension and severe disputes fueled by financial difficulties and emotional separation. On the night of the incident, the husband strangled his wife inside their apartment, then placed her body on the sofa and covered it with a blanket, telling his children not to disturb her under the pretext that she was tired and needed rest, before leaving the house to buy an electric saw with which he committed his crime.
After hearing the details of the case and confronting him with the compelling evidence that revealed his attempts to conceal the body and mislead justice, the court found the defendant guilty of premeditated murder and tampering with the corpse, bringing the case to a close with a nearly three-decade prison sentence.
