Meta has launched "Instagram Plus" with a paid subscription through the photo-sharing platform "Instagram," offering more than 12 exclusive features, most of which focus on "Stories," in a growing trend within "Meta" to provide advanced tools to users for a monthly subscription.

The new service gives subscribers greater control over managing their stories and analyzing their performance, allowing the duration of a story to be extended from 24 hours to 48 hours, in addition to using the Story Spotlight feature, which enhances the visibility of a specific story among friends and followers. It also allows the creation of an unlimited number of audience lists to specify who can view each story with greater precision.

In terms of analytics, the subscription provides access to the number of times stories have been rewatched, along with the ability to search within the viewer list, giving users a deeper understanding of how their followers interact with the content. The features are not limited to stories alone; the "Instagram Plus" subscription adds a tool for previewing posts before publishing them and the ability to post content to the profile without it appearing in the main feed.

The subscription raises the maximum limit for pinned items at the top of the profile to 6 items, while providing custom app icons and new font options in the bio section, as well as animated interactions called Super Hearts that can be sent in response to friends' stories. One of the most notable new features is the ability to view stories anonymously without appearing in the viewer list, a feature that has become exclusive to "Plus" subscribers, raising interest among regulatory bodies concerned with privacy and data protection.
