بينما انقسمت آراء الشارع المغربي بين الصدمة والترقب، جاءت هذه الخطوة الصارمة لتبعث رسالةً قويةً مفادها أن سلطة القانون فوق الجميع، وأن «حصانة المطرقة» لا تحمي أحداً من الحساب إذا تلطخت بالانحراف.
ويمكن القول إن الملف يطبخ الآن على نار هادئة داخل الغرفة الأولى باستئنافية الرباط عبر استنطاق تفصيلي وتعميق التحقيقات التقنية، لتفكيك شفرة العلاقة الغامضة بين القاضي وصانع المحتوى الهارب، ترقباً لما ستسفر عنه الأيام المقبلة من مفاجآت، قد تطيح برؤوس أخرى تورطت في هذا المستنقع الصوتي.
In a sensational judicial move that held the legal and media circles in Morocco breathless, the backrooms of the criminal courts turned into a stage for one of the most dangerous cases of the season, after the investigating judge at the Court of Appeal in Rabat issued a strict order to remand his colleague, the famous judge from the criminal court of Ain Sebaa in Casablanca, inside the walls of the "Arajate" detention center, in a hot case that opened the black box of audio leaks that shook the foundations of justice.
The tragic irony is that the judge known as “(W.T)”, who weighed judgments with his gavel and decoded crimes as an investigating judge, saw the course of his life deviate in minutes. After appearing before the court in a state of freedom with reassurance on his face, he left the courtroom shackled and headed to a narrow cell, after being confronted with digital evidence that shattered all hopes of escape.
The spark of this judicial earthquake ignited from the virtual space, following the widespread circulation of shocking audio recordings in recent hours, causing the case to swiftly transition from phone screens to the radars of high security and judicial authorities:
- Dangerous positions behind the curtain: The leaked recordings were directly attributed to the suspended judicial official, revealing that they were secret conversations he had with the controversial and fugitive TikToker residing in Canada, Hicham Girando.
- Content that shook the platforms: The audio clips contained phrases and positions described by informed sources as "very dangerous," due to the implications they carry that affect the dignity of the judicial institution and the confidentiality of investigations, igniting a wave of shock and outrage among Moroccans.
Decisive procedure... No one is above the law
While opinions in Moroccan society were divided between shock and anticipation, this strict step sent a strong message that the authority of the law is above all, and that the "immunity of the gavel" does not protect anyone from accountability if it is tainted by deviation.
