في واحدة من أكثر الحوادث إيلاماً، استيقظت محافظة الكرك، جنوب العاصمة الأردنية عمّان، على جريمة هزّت الوجدان العام، بعدما أقدم أب على قتل أطفاله الثلاثة داخل مزرعة تعود لأقاربه، في واقعة صادمة تجاوزت حدود الفاجعة إلى قسوة يصعب استيعابها.
ووفقاً لمصدر أمني، فإن الحادثة وقعت في منطقة المزار غرب الكرك، حيث عُثر على الأطفال جثثاً هامدة داخل المزرعة، بعد أن تعرّضوا للطعن باستخدام أداة حادة. المشهد، كما وصفته الجهات المعنية، كان قاسياً ومفجعاً بكل تفاصيله.
ولم تتضح بعد الدوافع الكاملة وراء الجريمة، إذ لا تزال التحقيقات جارية لكشف ملابساتها. غير أن روايات متداولة بين السكان تشير إلى وجود خلافات أسرية متراكمة بين الأب والأم خلال الفترة الماضية، قد تكون ساهمت في تصاعد التوتر داخل الأسرة.
وفي تطور صادم، أقدم الجاني على توثيق جريمته، والتقط صوراً لجثث أطفاله وأرسلها إلى والدتهم عبر تطبيق «واتساب»، قبل أن يغادر موقع الحادث.
من جانبها، أعلنت الجهات الأمنية إلقاء القبض على المتهم بعد ساعات من وقوع الجريمة، وضُبطت بحوزته أداة الجريمة، وتمت إحالته إلى التحقيق تمهيداً لعرضه على القضاء. كما تبيّن أن أعمار الأطفال كانت خمسة وسبعة وعشرة أعوام، ما ضاعف من وقع الصدمة التي خلّفتها هذه الجريمة في الشارع الأردني.
In one of the most painful incidents, the Karak governorate, south of the Jordanian capital Amman, woke up to a crime that shook public sentiment, after a father killed his three children inside a farm belonging to his relatives, in a shocking event that transcended the boundaries of tragedy to a cruelty that is hard to comprehend.
According to a security source, the incident occurred in the Al-Mazar area west of Karak, where the children's lifeless bodies were found inside the farm, after they were stabbed with a sharp object. The scene, as described by the relevant authorities, was harsh and heartbreaking in every detail.
The full motives behind the crime are still unclear, as investigations are ongoing to uncover its circumstances. However, circulating accounts among residents indicate that there were accumulated family disputes between the father and mother in the past period, which may have contributed to the rising tension within the family.
In a shocking development, the perpetrator documented his crime, taking pictures of his children's bodies and sending them to their mother via WhatsApp, before leaving the scene of the incident.
For its part, the security authorities announced the arrest of the suspect hours after the crime occurred, and the murder weapon was found in his possession. He was referred for investigation in preparation for presenting him to the judiciary. It was also revealed that the ages of the children were five, seven, and ten years, which intensified the shockwave left by this crime in the Jordanian street.
