تحوّلت ليلة عادية إلى مأساة حقيقية في مصر، بعد أن أقدمت زوجة على قتل زوجها موجهة له عدداً من الطعنات بمقص، إثر خلاف نشب بينهما بعد رفض الزوج شراء السجائر لها، في واقعة صادمة صدمت المجتمع المحلي.
وبعد وقوع الحادثة، وصل الضحية محمد. م. ع (32 عامًا) إلى مستشفى رشيد المركزي مصابًا بطعنات قاتلة في صدره، إلا أنه فارق الحياة فور وصوله، في مشهد صادم أثار الرعب بين الحاضرين.
وبحسب التحقيقات، كان الخلاف قد بدأ أثناء تعليق زينة رمضان، عندما رفض الزوج تلبية طلب زوجته شراء السجائر لها، ما أدى إلى مشادة كلامية تطورت سريعًا إلى عنف جسدي استخدمت فيه الزوجة مقصًا انهالت به طعنًا على صدر زوجها.
وقالت والدة الزوج الضحية في تصريحات مثيرة: «ابني كان يتحمل كل اعتداءاتها على مدى عامي زواجهما، ضربته بأدوات مختلفة من إبر وسكاكين ومقصات، لكنه صبر لأنه يحبها، واليوم فقدناه بهذه الطريقة المأساوية».
وأثارت الواقعة ضجة كبيرة على مواقع التواصل، حيث تناقضت ردود الفعل بين صدمة واسعة لما حدث، وتسليط الضوء على خطورة العنف الأسري الذي لا يقتصر على الزوجات فقط. وسط مطالبات عاجلة ظهرت بتشديد القوانين ضد كل أشكال العنف المنزلي لحماية الأرواح.
وأمرت النيابة في مصر بحبس الزوجة 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، في انتظار استكمال الإجراءات القانونية واتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن الواقعة.
An ordinary night turned into a real tragedy in Egypt, after a wife stabbed her husband multiple times with scissors, following a dispute that arose between them after the husband refused to buy her cigarettes, in a shocking incident that stunned the local community.
After the incident, the victim, Mohamed M. A. (32 years old), arrived at Rashid Central Hospital with fatal stab wounds to his chest, but he died immediately upon arrival, in a shocking scene that caused panic among those present.
According to investigations, the dispute began while hanging Ramadan decorations, when the husband refused to fulfill his wife's request to buy her cigarettes, which led to a verbal altercation that quickly escalated into physical violence, during which the wife used scissors to stab her husband in the chest.
The victim's mother made striking statements, saying: "My son endured all her assaults over the two years of their marriage. She hit him with various tools, including needles, knives, and scissors, but he was patient because he loved her, and today we lost him in this tragic way."
The incident sparked a huge uproar on social media, with reactions ranging from widespread shock at what happened to highlighting the dangers of domestic violence, which is not limited to just wives. There were urgent calls for tightening laws against all forms of domestic violence to protect lives.
The prosecution in Egypt ordered the wife to be detained for 4 days pending investigations, awaiting the completion of legal procedures and a final decision regarding the incident.
