طالبت قبيلة القمامدة في مدينة الزاوية الليبية بالتحقيق بشكل عاجل في ملابسات اغتيال الناشطة المؤثرة خنساء المجاهد التي لقيت مصرعها مساء أمس الأول إثر إصابتها برصاصة في الرأس داخل سيارتها في منطقة جنزور غرب طرابلس، في جريمة أثارت الرأي العام الليبي كونها حدثت بعد أشهر قليلة من ولادة طفلتها العنقاء التي لم تتجاوز 3 أشهر.
وحمَّلت القبيلة في مقطع مصور النائب العام ووزارة الداخلية الليبية مسؤولية الكشف عن المتورطين في مقتل ابنتهم زوجة القيادي المنتمي لمدينة الزاوية معاذ المنفوخ، المعروفة بنشاطها في مجال الأزياء والجمال وإدارة المشاريع النسائية.
قاتل مجهول
ورغم مرور أكثر من 24 ساعة على اغتيال خنساء المجاهد، إلا أنه لا يزال مرتكب الجريمة طليقاً كما لا يزال الغموض يكتنف أسباب وملابسات الجريمة، وسط مطالبات واسعة بكشف الحقيقة. وتشير المصادر إلى أن الهجوم المسلح الذي استهدف سيارتها قد يكون مرتبطاً بصراع نفوذ داخل غرب ليبيا، خصوصاً أن السيارة كثيراً ما كان يقودها زوجها.
وقال أمين المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان في ليبيا عبد المنعم الحر إن الجرائم المرتكبة بدافع النوع الاجتماعي يجب ألا تعامل كجرائم عادية، بل كجرائم مبنية على تمييز منهجي، مؤكداً في تصريحات إعلامية أن قتل النساء لمجرد كونهن نساء «يعد انتهاكاً خطيراً لحقوق الإنسان ويجب أن يواجه بتشريعات صارمة وإصلاحات اجتماعية»، داعياً إلى إجراء تحقيق مستقل وشفاف مع ضرورة القبض على الجناة، و«الأهم إظهار نتائج التحقيقات للرأي العام».
The Qmamda tribe in the Libyan city of Zawiya has demanded an urgent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the assassination of the influential activist Khnasaa Al-Mujahid, who was killed the day before yesterday after being shot in the head inside her car in the Janzour area west of Tripoli, in a crime that has stirred public opinion in Libya as it occurred just a few months after the birth of her daughter, the phoenix, who is not yet 3 months old.
The tribe held the Attorney General and the Libyan Ministry of Interior responsible in a video clip for revealing the identities of those involved in the murder of their daughter, the wife of the Zawiya-based leader Muath Al-Manfukh, known for her activities in the fields of fashion, beauty, and women's project management.
Unknown Killer
Despite more than 24 hours having passed since Khnasaa Al-Mujahid's assassination, the perpetrator of the crime remains at large, and the reasons and circumstances of the crime are still shrouded in mystery, amid widespread calls for the truth to be revealed. Sources indicate that the armed attack targeting her car may be linked to a power struggle within western Libya, especially since her husband frequently drove the vehicle.
Abdul Moneim Al-Har, the Secretary of the Arab Organization for Human Rights in Libya, stated that crimes committed on the basis of gender should not be treated as ordinary crimes, but rather as crimes based on systematic discrimination. He emphasized in media statements that killing women simply for being women "is a serious violation of human rights and must be addressed with strict legislation and social reforms," calling for an independent and transparent investigation with the necessity of apprehending the perpetrators, and "most importantly, showing the results of the investigations to the public."
