شهد متجر مجوهرات شهير في مدينة أحمد أباد الهندية محاولة سرقة غير مألوفة، حين دخلت امرأة وجهها مغطى بوشاح مدعية أنها زبونة عادية، وفجأة باغتت صاحب المتجر باستخدام مسحوق الفلفل الحار لإرباكه وسرقة محتويات المحل.
ووفقاً لتسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة، حاولت المرأة رش المسحوق باتجاه عيني صاحب المتجر عند الساعة 12:30 ظهراً في منطقة رانِب قرب سوق الخضار، إلا أن خطتها باءت بالفشل ولم تصب عينيه.
وفور إدراكه، تصرف صاحب المتجر بسرعة مذهلة، موجهاً نحو 20 صفعة للمرأة خلال 25 ثانية، قبل أن يقفز إلى منضدة العرض ويجذبها خارج المتجر، مستمراً في صفعها حتى خارج المحل.
وقالت الشرطة المحلية إن صاحب المتجر رفض تقديم شكوى رسمية ضد المرأة، إلا أن التحقيق مستمر بالاعتماد على تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة لمحاولة تحديد هويتها ومكانها.
A famous jewelry store in the Indian city of Ahmedabad witnessed an unusual attempted robbery when a woman, her face covered with a scarf, entered claiming to be a regular customer, and suddenly surprised the store owner by using pepper spray to disorient him and steal the store's contents.
According to surveillance camera recordings, the woman attempted to spray the powder towards the store owner's eyes at 12:30 PM in the Ranip area near the vegetable market, but her plan failed and did not hit his eyes.
As soon as he realized, the store owner acted with astonishing speed, delivering about 20 slaps to the woman within 25 seconds, before jumping onto the display counter and pulling her outside the store, continuing to slap her even outside the shop.
Local police stated that the store owner refused to file a formal complaint against the woman, but the investigation is ongoing based on the surveillance camera recordings to try to identify her and locate her.
