تحولت مشادة بين طفلين إلى حادثة مروعة في إحدى قرى مركز الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية المصرية، بعدما أقدمت سيدة على تنفيذ هجوم حارق ضد جارتها، مستخدمة مادة كيميائية خطيرة تُعرف محليًا باسم «مياه نار»، ما أسفر عن إصابة الضحية بحروق بالغة في الوجه والجسد.
وتعود تفاصيل الحادثة وفق محاضر شرطة الزقازيق إلى خلاف سابق نشب بين نجلَي السيدتين، تطور إلى مشادات متبادلة دفعت والدة أحدهما إلى الانتقام بعد أن قامت جارتها بتحرير محضر رسمي ضد ابنها.
وأثناء مرور المجني عليها في طريقها إلى السوق أوهمتها المتهمة برغبتها في الصلح، قبل أن تباغتها بسكب السائل الحارق على وجهها وجسدها، ثم تتابع صبّ المادة عليها أثناء محاولتها الفرار والاحتماء بأحد المنازل.
وأظهر مقطع فيديو التقطته كاميرات المراقبة تفاصيل الواقعة المروعة، حيث ظهرت الضحية وهي تهرب في حالة هلع، بينما واصلت الجانية مطاردتها قبل أن تلوذ بالفرار.
ونُقلت المصابة إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج بعد أن التهمت النيران ملابسها وتسببت في حروق متعددة، فيما باشرت الأجهزة الأمنية تحرياتها لضبط المتهمة واستكمال التحقيقات.
A dispute between two children escalated into a horrific incident in one of the villages of the Zagazig Center in Egypt's Sharqia Governorate, after a woman carried out a burning attack against her neighbor, using a dangerous chemical substance locally known as "fire water," resulting in the victim suffering severe burns to her face and body.
The details of the incident, according to police reports from Zagazig, stem from a previous disagreement between the two women's sons, which developed into mutual altercations that led one mother to seek revenge after her neighbor filed an official complaint against her son.
While the victim was passing on her way to the market, the accused deceived her into believing she wanted to reconcile, before suddenly dousing her with the burning liquid on her face and body, and continued to pour the substance on her as she attempted to escape and take refuge in one of the houses.
A video captured by surveillance cameras showed the horrific details of the incident, where the victim was seen fleeing in a state of panic, while the perpetrator continued to chase her before fleeing the scene.
The injured woman was taken to the hospital for treatment after the flames consumed her clothes and caused multiple burns, while security agencies began their investigations to apprehend the accused and continue the inquiries.
