ضرب زلزالٌ بقوة 4.9 درجة على مقياس ريختر اليوم (الإثنين)، مقاطعة «دافاو أوكسيدنتال» جنوب الفلبين.
وأفاد المعهد الفلبيني لعلم البراكين والزلازل، بأن مركز الزلزال وقع على بعد (39) كيلومترًا من منطقة «خوسيه أباد سانتوس» الواقعة بالمقاطعة، وعلى عمق (990) كيلومترًا.
ولم ترد أنباء حتى الآن عن وقوع خسائر بشرية أو أضرار مادية جراء الزلزال.
وتشهد الفلبين نشاطًا بركانيًا وزلزاليًا متزايدًا، نظرًا لوقوعها على «حزام النار» في المحيط الهادي.
A magnitude 4.9 earthquake struck today (Monday) in the province of "Davao Occidental" in southern Philippines.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was located 39 kilometers from the area of "Jose Abad Santos," at a depth of 990 kilometers.
So far, there have been no reports of casualties or material damage due to the earthquake.
