اختُتمت منافسات دور الـ 32 من بطولة العالم للبلياردو 2025 التي تحتضنها الصالات الخضراء في مدينة جدة، وسط مشاركة نخبة من أفضل لاعبي العالم، يمثلون أكثر من 40 دولة، إذ تنطلق اليوم مواجهات دور الـ 16، على أن تُستكمل منافسات ربع النهائي في تمام الساعة الثامنة مساءً.
وشهدت نتائج دور الـ 32 فوز الأمريكي فيدور غورست (بطل العالم 2019 - 2024) على النمساوي ماكس ليشنر بنتيجة 11–4، وتفوق النمساوي ماريو هي على المجري أوليفر سولنوكي في لقاء مثير بنتيجة 11–10، فيما تغلب الفيتنامي دونغ كوك هوانغ على الفلبيني مارفن أسيس 11–6. وحقق الفلبيني جيفري رودا الفوز على البريطاني جايسون شو بنتيجة 11–9، بينما حسم الفلبيني أنتون راغا المواجهة لصالحه أمام مواطنه جوهان تشوا 11–6.
كما فاز العراقي أمير علي على الفيتنامي لونغ دوك ثيين 11–4، وتغلّب البولندي كونراد يوششين على الليتواني بيجوس لابوتيس 11–7، بينما أقصى الألباني كليديو كاتشي نظيره الفلبيني مايكل فيليسيانو 11–7.
وواصل الإسباني فرانسيسكو سانشيث رويز (بطل العالم 2023) تألقه بفوزه على الهولندي ماركو تويتشر 11–6، وحقق الفنلندي كاسبر ماتيكاينن مفاجأة كبرى بإقصائه الأمريكي شاين فان بونينغ 11–9.
وفي بقية المواجهات، انتصر الفلبيني بيرني ريغالاريو على الهونغ كونغي لو هو سوم 11–9، وتفوّق مواطنه باتريك غونزاليس على الألباني إكلينت كاتشي 11–6، في حين تغلب التايواني كو بينغ تشونغ على مواطنه وو كون لين 11–9، وفاز الفلبيني جيمس أراناس على الدنماركي ميكي كراوس 11–4، بينما تجاوز الفلبيني كارلو بيايدو (بطل العالم 2017) البولندي فيكتور زيليسنكي بنتيجة 11–8، واختتم الفلبيني جيفري إغناسيو سلسلة النتائج بتفوقه على البولندي ميشكو فورتنسكي 11–7.
وتتواصل الإثارة في البطولة حتى غدٍ (السبت)، بمواجهات نصف النهائي، ونهائي البطولة، حيث ستقام المواجهة النهائية لتحديد بطل العالم بنظام «15 شوطاً».

The 32nd round of the 2025 World Billiards Championship, hosted at the Green Halls in Jeddah, concluded with the participation of a selection of the world's best players representing over 40 countries. The Round of 16 matches will kick off today, with the quarter-final competitions set to continue at 8 PM.
In the results of the 32nd round, American Fedor Gorst (World Champion 2019 - 2024) defeated Austrian Max Lechner with a score of 11–4, while Austrian Mario He triumphed over Hungarian Oliver Solnoki in a thrilling match with a score of 11–10. Vietnamese Dong Quoc Hoang overcame Filipino Marvin Asis 11–6. Filipino Jeffrey Roda won against British Jason Shaw with a score of 11–9, while Filipino Anton Raga secured victory against his compatriot Johan Chua 11–6.
Iraqi Amir Ali also won against Vietnamese Long Duc Thien 11–4, Polish Konrad Juszczyn defeated Lithuanian Pijus Labutis 11–7, and Albanian Klidjo Kaci eliminated Filipino Michael Feliciano 11–7.
Spanish Francisco Sanchez Ruiz (World Champion 2023) continued to shine with his victory over Dutch Marco Teutcher 11–6, and Finnish Kasper Matikainen achieved a major upset by eliminating American Shane Van Boening 11–9.
In the remaining matches, Filipino Bernie Regalario defeated Hong Kong's Lo Ho Sum 11–9, and his compatriot Patrick Gonzales triumphed over Albanian Eklent Kaci 11–6. Taiwanese Ko Ping Chung beat his fellow countryman Wu Kun Lin 11–9, while Filipino James Aranas won against Danish Miki Kraus 11–4. Filipino Carlo Biado (World Champion 2017) surpassed Polish Viktor Zielinski with a score of 11–8, and Filipino Jeffrey Ignacio concluded the series of results by defeating Polish Michal Fortunski 11–7.
The excitement of the championship continues until tomorrow (Saturday), with the semi-final matches and the final of the tournament, where the final match to determine the World Champion will be held in a "15 frames" format.
