أعلنت إدارة نادي الاتحاد تجديد عقد مدافع الفريق الكروي الأول حتى 2028. وكانت «عكاظ» قد تميزت بخبر اتفاق اللاعب مع «العميد» على تجديد عقده في 6 يونيو الجاري.
وجاء التجديد مع أحمد شراحيلي بتوصية من المدرب لوران بلان. وشارك شراحيلي مع «العميد» في مباراة ضمك الأخيرة التي تُوج خلالها الفريق الاتحادي بلقب دوري روشن السعودي في الموسم الماضي، إلى جانب التتويج بكأس الملك.
وساهم شراحيلي منذ انضمامه لـ«العميد» في تتويج الاتحاد بلقب دوري روشن موسم 2022-2023، وغاب عن الملاعب قرابة سنة كاملة بسبب إصابة في الرباط الصليبي.

The management of Al-Ittihad Club announced the renewal of the contract of the first team defender until 2028. "Okaz" had distinguished itself with the news of the player's agreement with "The Dean" to renew his contract on June 6 of this month.
The renewal with Ahmed Sharahili came on the recommendation of coach Laurent Blanc. Sharahili participated with "The Dean" in the recent match against Damak, during which the Al-Ittihad team was crowned with the title of the Roshen Saudi League last season, in addition to winning the King’s Cup.
Since joining "The Dean," Sharahili has contributed to Al-Ittihad's victory in the Roshen League title for the 2022-2023 season, and he was absent from the fields for nearly a whole year due to an injury to his cruciate ligament.
