أعلن الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم مساء اليوم (الجمعة) استضافة هونغ كونغ بطولة كأس السوبر السعودي 2025 التي من المقرر أن تُقام خلال الفترة من 19 ـ 23 أغسطس المقبل، بمشاركة أندية الاتحاد، القادسية، الهلال، النصر.
وأوضح الاتحاد السعودي في بيانه أن هونغ كونغ تستضيف كأس السوبر السعودي بعدما وقع الشريك التجاري الحصري للاتحاد مجموعة SMC اتفاقية مع شركة SUM KM Sport، لاستضافة البطولة، في خطوة تعكس التوسّع العالمي للسوبر.
وتأتي إقامة كأس السوبر السعودي في هونغ كونغ استمراراً لاستراتيجية البطولة في إقامة عدد من نسخها خارج المملكة، بهدف بناء شراكات دولية استراتيجية تعزز انتشار كرة القدم السعودية.
وجاءت الاتفاقية ضمن جهود مجموعة SMC لدعم رؤية البطولة والاتحاد السعودي في ربط الجهات الدولية بالسوق الرياضية السعودية، التي تشهد نموا متسارعا وتطورا لافتا، بما يخدم القطاع الرياضي كأحد أهم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويستضيف ملعب هونغ كونغ مباريات البطولة، الذي يتسع لـ40 ألف مشجع، ويُعد الملعب الرسمي لإقامة مباريات منتخب هونغ كونغ، وتم بناؤه عام 1953 قبل أن يتم تجديده عام 1994.

The Saudi Football Federation announced this evening (Friday) that Hong Kong will host the Saudi Super Cup 2025, which is scheduled to take place from August 19 to 23, with the participation of the clubs Al-Ittihad, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nassr.
The Saudi Federation clarified in its statement that Hong Kong is hosting the Saudi Super Cup after the federation's exclusive commercial partner, SMC Group, signed an agreement with SUM KM Sport to host the tournament, in a move that reflects the global expansion of the Super Cup.
The hosting of the Saudi Super Cup in Hong Kong continues the tournament's strategy of holding several editions outside the Kingdom, aiming to build strategic international partnerships that enhance the spread of Saudi football.
