أبدى مدرب فريق الهلال الإيطالي سيموني إنزاغي سعادته بالمستوى الذي ظهر به فريقه خلال الفوز الكبير على الخليج بنتيجة 5-1، مؤكداً أن الهلال قدم مباراة «شجاعة ومركزة» تعكس شخصية الفريق.
وقال إنزاغي: «أريد أن أهنئ اللاعبين، لأننا قدمنا مباراة كبيرة. بدأنا بشكل جيد وتمكنا من تسجيل هدف مبكر، وبعد ذلك حافظنا على تركيزنا العالي طوال المباراة».
وأشار المدرب الإيطالي إلى أن الهلال كان قادراً على تسجيل أكثر من 5 أهداف، لكنه شدد في الوقت ذاته على صعوبة المباراة والظروف المحيطة بها، خصوصاً مع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة والرطوبة، مؤكداً أن الأجواء كانت صعبة على الفريقين.
وأوضح إنزاغي أن خبرة الهلال في خوض المباريات المتتالية، إلى جانب المشاركة في دوري أبطال آسيا، ساعدت الفريق على التعامل مع هذه الظروف بشكل أفضل. وقال إن مواجهة بهذه الصعوبة كانت ستشكل تحدياً لأي منافس في مثل هذه الأجواء.
وعن التغييرات في الشوط الثاني، أوضح أن تقدم الهلال بـ5 أهداف، إلى جانب إرهاق بعض اللاعبين وتأثرهم بالطقس، دفعه إلى إجراء عدة تبديلات، مشيراً إلى أن روبن نيفيز كان يحمل بطاقة صفراء، وأن اللاعبين الذين دخلوا أرض الملعب قدموا مردوداً جيداً.
وختم إنزاغي حديثه بالإشادة بجماهير الهلال، مؤكداً أن حضورها ودعمها للفريق كان مهماً في هذه الأجواء الصعبة.
