في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز، تتولى شركة «أتوس» إعداد جدول 380 مباراة منذ عقود، عبر نظام تقني متخصص يفحص ملايين السيناريوهات، ثم تخضع المخرجات لمراجعة بشرية. وتدخل في العملية قيود الملاعب، والشرطة، وتنقل الجماهير، والبطولات الأوروبية، والأندية المتجاورة التي لا يمكن أن تستضيف في التوقيت نفسه، مع منع توالي أكثر من مباراتين داخل الأرض أو خارجها. ولا تُعلن كل تفاصيل النظام، لكن الجهة المصنّعة وخطوات العمل وأبرز القيود معروفة.
أما الدوري الإسباني «لاليغا» فيعتمد جدولاً غير متناظر؛ فلا يكون الدور الثاني نسخة مرتبة من الأول. وتُراعى فيه الاعتبارات الأمنية، والمشاركات الأوروبية، وأعمال الملاعب، والمناسبات المحلية، والحضور الجماهيري، والنقل التلفزيوني. وفي موسم 2024-2025 أعلن الاتحاد الإسباني توليد 100 ألف جدول مستوفٍ للشروط، ثم اختير أحدها بقرعة علنية. وبذلك لا يرى الجمهور النتيجة فقط، بل يعرف مساحة البدائل وطريقة الاختيار.
الفجوة في دوري روشن ليست غياب الضوابط، بل غياب الإجابات التفصيلية: مَن يصنع الجدول؟ هل يُستخدم برنامج متخصص؟ كم نسخة بديلة تُولد؟ ما القيود الإلزامية وما الاعتبارات القابلة للمفاضلة؟ كيف تُقاس عدالة الراحة والسفر وتتابع المواجهات القوية؟ ومَن يراجع النتيجة قبل اعتمادها؟
تساوي المباريات داخل الأرض وخارجها لا يضمن وحده عدالة المنافسة. قد يتساوى ناديان في العدد، بينما يواجه أحدهما سلسلة من المنافسين الأقوياء خلال مدة قصيرة، أو يسافر أكثر، أو يحصل على راحة أقل قبل مواجهة مباشرة، خصوصاً مع ازدحام المشاركات الخارجية.

كشف المنهج لا يعني اتهام الرابطة، بل يحميها من الاتهامات. والمطلوب قبل إعلان الجدول نشر إطار واضح يحدد الأداة المستخدمة، والجهة المنفذة، وترتيب المعايير، وعدد البدائل، ومؤشرات الراحة والسفر لكل نادٍ. فالدوري الرصين لا يطلب من جماهيره أن تفترض عدالة جدوله؛ بل يقدم لها البرهان.

The Roshen League includes 18 clubs and consists of 34 rounds, totaling 306 matches. The association announces general regulations, including that each team plays 17 matches at home and the same number away, and that there should not be more than two consecutive matches at home or away, while considering rest periods, continental competitions, and the readiness of stadiums. These are important rules, but they describe the shape of the required schedule and do not explain the methodology for producing it and selecting its final version.
In the English Premier League, the company "Atos" has been preparing the schedule of 380 matches for decades, using a specialized technical system that examines millions of scenarios, which are then subjected to human review. The process involves constraints related to stadiums, police, fan transportation, European competitions, and neighboring clubs that cannot host at the same time, while preventing more than two consecutive matches at home or away. Not all details of the system are announced, but the producing entity, the steps of work, and the main constraints are known.
As for the Spanish league "La Liga," it relies on an asymmetrical schedule; the second round is not an ordered version of the first. Security considerations, European participations, stadium works, local events, fan attendance, and television broadcasting are taken into account. In the 2024-2025 season, the Spanish Federation announced the generation of 100,000 schedules that meet the criteria, and then one was selected through a public draw. Thus, the audience does not only see the result but also knows the range of alternatives and the method of selection.
The gap in the Roshen League is not the absence of regulations, but the lack of detailed answers: Who creates the schedule? Is a specialized program used? How many alternative versions are generated? What are the mandatory constraints and what are the negotiable considerations? How is fairness in rest and travel measured, and how are strong matchups sequenced? And who reviews the result before its approval?
Equal matches at home and away do not alone guarantee fairness in competition. Two clubs may have the same number of matches, while one faces a series of strong opponents in a short period, travels more, or has less rest before a direct confrontation, especially with the congestion of external participations.
Because the season schedule affects all clubs, publishing a brief fairness report after its approval would be a practical step: the average rest days for each team, the number of trips, the distribution of major matches, and the differences between competitors before direct confrontations. This way, the discussion shifts from impressions to verifiable numbers, and doubts are closed off early as well.
Revealing the methodology does not mean accusing the association, but rather protects it from accusations. What is needed before announcing the schedule is to publish a clear framework that specifies the tool used, the executing entity, the order of criteria, the number of alternatives, and the indicators of rest and travel for each club. A serious league does not ask its fans to assume the fairness of its schedule; it provides them with proof.
