صدّق أو لا تصدّق أن مدافع المنتخب الإسباني المتوج بلقب كأس العالم مونديال 2010، لم ينجح في الحصول على تأشيرة تمنحه الدخول إلى الأراضي الأمريكية لحضور نهائي لا روخا والتانغو يوم غدٍ.
وكان بطل العالم المدافع جوان كابديفيلا، وجّه رسالة عبر حسابه الرسمي بمنصة «X»، إلى الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب للاستنجاد به بعد أن رفضت سلطات الهجرة في الولايات المتحدة منحه تأشيرة الدخول إلى أراضيها.
فيما قالت صحيفة «ليكيب» الفرنسية إن كابديفيلا كان قد رتب كل شيء للسفر إلى نيويورك مع عائلته لحضور المباراة النهائية على ملعب نيوجيرسي في مدينة نيويورك الأمريكية، ولكن عاد طلب التأشيرة بردّ سلبي مما أثار حالة من الخيبة للنجم السابق دفعته إلى توجيه رسالة إلى ترمب.
وأضافت المصادر ذاتها أن طلب الحصول على تصريح السفر الإلكتروني (ESTA) لجوان كابديفيلا وأفراد عائلته رُفض؛ ولذلك لم يتردد اللاعب السابق في مناشدة رئيس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عبر حسابه على موقع «إكس» طلبًا للمساعدة.
وقال كابديفيلا في تغريدته التي وجهها للرئيس الأمريكي: أحتاج للمساعدة يا دونالد ترمب، أُبلغتُ للتو بأنني لن أتمكن من الذهاب إلى المباراة النهائية مع أطفالي؛ لأن طلبي للحصول على تصريح السفر الإلكتروني (ESTA) رُفض.
وأعرب جوان كابديفيلا عن أسفه لهذا الوضع قائلًا: هل يُمكن لأحد مساعدتي في هذا الأمر؟ لا يُمكنكم تخيل مدى رغبتي في التواجد هناك مع جميع زملائي من فريق التتويج بكأس العالم 2010، ومع هذا الفريق لتشجيعه.
وتابع: لا أُصدق أنه لن يُسمح لي بدخول الولايات المتحدة وأنني سأُفوّت هذه اللحظة مع أطفالي الذين يُحبون كرة القدم كثيراً.

The world champion defender, Joan Capdevila, sent a message via his official account on the platform "X" to U.S. President Donald Trump, seeking his help after U.S. immigration authorities denied him a visa to enter the country.
According to the French newspaper "L'Équipe," Capdevila had arranged everything to travel to New York with his family to attend the final match at the New Jersey stadium in New York City, but his visa application was met with a negative response, which caused disappointment for the former star and prompted him to send a message to Trump.
The same sources added that the request for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) for Joan Capdevila and his family members was rejected; therefore, the former player did not hesitate to appeal to the President of the United States via his account on "X" seeking assistance.
Capdevila said in his tweet directed at the U.S. President: I need help, Donald Trump. I was just informed that I will not be able to go to the final match with my children because my request for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) was denied.
Joan Capdevila expressed his regret over this situation, saying: Can someone help me with this? You can't imagine how much I want to be there with all my teammates from the 2010 World Cup-winning team, and to support this team.
He continued: I can't believe I won't be allowed to enter the United States and that I will miss this moment with my children, who love football so much.
