حسم التعادل السلبي قمة آرسنال وليفربول، التي جمعتهما مساء أمس (الخميس) على ملعب «الإمارات»، ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ21 من مسابقة الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز (بريميرليغ).
وكان بإمكان آرسنال، متصدر جدول الترتيب، توسيع الفارق إلى ثماني نقاط مع مانشستر سيتي في حال تحقيق الفوز، وذلك عقب تعادل السيتي مع برايتون بهدف لمثله، الأربعاء الماضي، إلا أن «المدفعجية» اكتفوا بنقطة التعادل.
سيطر ليفربول على مجريات اللقاء من حيث الاستحواذ بنسبة 53%، إلا أن محاولاته الهجومية افتقدت للدقة، حيث جاءت جميع تسديداته السبع خارج القائمين والمرمى.
في المقابل، سدد آرسنال 8 كرات، نجح حارس مرمى ليفربول، البرازيلي أليسون بيكر، في التصدي لأربعة منها.
ترتيب الفريقين
بهذه النتيجة، رفع آرسنال رصيده إلى 49 نقطة، بفارق ست نقاط عن أقرب ملاحقيه مانشستر سيتي، فيما وصل رصيد ليفربول إلى 35 نقطة في المركز الرابع.

Liverpool dominated the match in terms of possession with 53%, but their attacking attempts lacked precision, as all seven of their shots were off-target.
In contrast, Arsenal took 8 shots, with Liverpool's goalkeeper, Brazilian Alisson Becker, managing to save four of them.

With this result, Arsenal increased their points tally to 49, six points ahead of their closest rivals, Manchester City, while Liverpool reached 35 points in fourth place.
