أعلن نادي سكاريا سبور التركي تعاقده مع المهاجم الفرنسي وسام بن يدر (35 عاماً)، لاعب موناكو والمنتخب الفرنسي السابق، في خطوة أثارت جدلاً واسعاً على خلفية إدانته القضائية الأخيرة في فرنسا. ونشر النادي عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس» صورة اللاعب بقميص الفريق مرفقة ببيان ترحيبي جاء فيه: «نادينا وقع عقداً مع وسام بن يدر، ونتمنى له النجاح بقميصنا الأخضر والأسود. مرحباً بك في سكاريا سبور».
يأتي هذا الانتقال بعد أقل من عام على صدور حكم قضائي بحق اللاعب في فرنسا، إذ أدانته محكمة نيس في نوفمبر 2024 بالاعتداء الجنسي تحت تأثير الكحول، وحكمت عليه بالسجن لمدة عامين مع وقف التنفيذ، إلى جانب إلزامه بدفع تعويض للضحية قدره 6,500 يورو. ورغم أن الحكم لا يتضمن سجناً فعلياً، فإن خلفية اللاعب القانونية ألقت بظلالها على الصفقة وأثارت ردود فعل متباينة بين جماهير النادي التركي، راوحت بين الترحيب بخبراته الكروية وانتقاد غياب البعد الأخلاقي في قرار التعاقد.
وتأتي صفقة بن يدر في سياق سلسلة من الانتقالات المثيرة للجدل في أوروبا هذا العام، بعدما أعلن نادي فياريال الإسباني التعاقد مع الغاني توماس بارتي رغم استمرار قضية اغتصاب بحقه، مؤكداً التزامه بمبدأ قرينة البراءة حتى صدور حكم نهائي.
