تعرض البرتغالي لويس كاسترو، مدرب فريق نانت الفرنسي، لإصابة مفاجئة أمس (الخميس).
وبحسب شبكة «فوت ميركاتو» الفرنسية، فإن مدرب نانت أصيب خلال مباراة مصغرة مع جهازه الفني أُجريت على ملعب «جونليير».
ورغم أن الطاقم الطبي كان يخشى في البداية من إصابته بتمزق في الرباط الصليبي الأمامي في ركبته، إلا أن الفحوصات الطبية أثبتت معاناته من التواء خطير.
وكان نانت قد تعاقد مع لويس كاسترو في يونيو الماضي لمدة موسمين مع إمكانية التمديد لعام آخر، خلفاً للمدير الفني أنطوان كومباريه.
ويحتل نانت المركز الثالث عشر في جدول ترتيب الدوري الفرنسي برصيد ثلاث نقاط، بعد 3 جولات من انطلاق الموسم الجديد.
The Portuguese Luis Castro, coach of the French team Nantes, suffered a sudden injury yesterday (Thursday).
According to the French network "Foot Mercato," the Nantes coach was injured during a mini-match with his coaching staff held at the "Jonelière" stadium.
Although the medical staff initially feared he had suffered a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, medical examinations revealed that he was suffering from a serious sprain.
Nantes had signed Luis Castro last June for two seasons with the possibility of extending for another year, succeeding head coach Antoine Kombouaré.
Nantes is currently in thirteenth place in the French league standings with three points, after three rounds of the new season.
