أصدر الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم (الخميس) توجيهات لإدارته بالسماح لجميع شركات الطيران الأمريكية باستئناف الرحلات الجوية المباشرة إلى لبنان، عقب لقائه الرئيس اللبناني جوزيف عون في البيت الأبيض.
وأشاد ترمب في منشور على منصته «تروث سوشال»، بالجهود التي يبذلها عون لتحويل مسار البلاد، موضحاً أنه «قام بعمل رائع».
ولفت إلى أن الهدف من توجيهاته بالسماح لجميع الناقلات الجوية الأمريكية بتسيير رحلات مباشرة إلى لبنان هو تمكين الأمريكيين من زيارة ما وصفها بـ«البلد الجميل»، وأعرب عن أمله في أن تحذو دول أخرى حذوها.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام أن الرئيس اللبناني جوزيف عون قدم خطة تنفيذية شاملة لترمب تهدف إلى حصر السلاح بيد الدولة اللبنانية، وإنهاء الوضع العسكري المستقل لـ«حزب الله»، ضمن إطار متكامل لتنفيذ التفاهمات اللبنانية الإسرائيلية واستعادة سلطة الدولة على كامل أراضيها.
واحتوت المصادر الوثيقة التي قدمها عون على خارطة الطريق التنفيذية لاتفاق الإطار اللبناني الإسرائيلي الموقع في 26 يونيو، وتحدد الخطوات الأمنية والعسكرية المطلوبة من الجانبين اللبناني والإسرائيلي، إلى جانب الدور المنتظر من الولايات المتحدة في دعم تنفيذها.
وأفادت المصادر بأن الخطة تشدد على ضرورة أن تصبح جميع الأسلحة العسكرية في لبنان تحت السيطرة الحصرية للدولة، بما يشمل إنهاء أي وجود عسكري مستقل خارج المؤسسات الرسمية، وفي مقدمتها البنية العسكرية لـ«حزب الله»، باعتبار أن احتكار الدولة للسلاح يمثل الأساس لاستعادة السيادة الكاملة وتحقيق الاستقرار في الجنوب.
وبحسب المصادر، تقترح الوثيقة أن يبدأ الجيش اللبناني الانتشار في عدد من القرى النموذجية في جنوب لبنان، بالتزامن مع إعادة تموضع أو انسحاب تدريجي للقوات الإسرائيلية من تلك المناطق، على أن تتولى المؤسسة العسكرية ضمان خلو هذه المناطق من مقاتلي «حزب الله» وبنيته العسكرية ومستودعات الأسلحة، وتنتقل المسؤولية الأمنية والعسكرية تدريجياً إلى الجيش اللبناني وحده بما يؤدي إلى منع مظاهر التسلح.
U.S. President Donald Trump issued directives to his administration today (Thursday) allowing all U.S. airlines to resume direct flights to Lebanon, following his meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun at the White House.
Trump praised Aoun's efforts to change the course of the country in a post on his platform "Truth Social," stating that he has "done a great job."
He noted that the goal of his directives allowing all U.S. carriers to operate direct flights to Lebanon is to enable Americans to visit what he described as "the beautiful country," expressing hope that other countries would follow suit.
Media reports indicated that Lebanese President Joseph Aoun presented a comprehensive executive plan to Trump aimed at consolidating arms in the hands of the Lebanese state and ending the independent military status of "Hezbollah," within an integrated framework for implementing the Lebanese-Israeli understandings and restoring state authority over its entire territory.
The sources stated that the document provided by Aoun contained the executive roadmap for the Lebanese-Israeli framework agreement signed on June 26, outlining the security and military steps required from both the Lebanese and Israeli sides, along with the expected role of the United States in supporting its implementation.
The sources reported that the plan emphasizes the necessity for all military weapons in Lebanon to be under the exclusive control of the state, including ending any independent military presence outside official institutions, foremost among them the military structure of "Hezbollah," considering that the state's monopoly on arms is fundamental to restoring full sovereignty and achieving stability in the south.
According to the sources, the document suggests that the Lebanese army should begin deploying in a number of model villages in southern Lebanon, coinciding with a repositioning or gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces from those areas, with the military institution ensuring that these areas are free of "Hezbollah" fighters and its military structure and weapon depots, and that security and military responsibility gradually shifts solely to the Lebanese army, which would lead to preventing manifestations of armament.
