وجّه عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني عبدالرحمن صالح المحرمي رسالة حازمة للمليشيا الحوثية، مؤكداً أن الحكومة الشرعية لا تزال تتمسك بفرص السلام العادل والمشرّف الذي يعالج القضايا السياسية كافة، وعلى رأسها القضية الجنوبية، محذراً في الوقت ذاته من أن صبرها تجاه ممارسات المليشيات له حدود.
وأوضح المحرمي في تدوينة على منصة «X»، اليوم (الجمعة)، أن مجلس القيادة الرئاسي وضع مصلحة المواطنين اليمنيين فوق كل اعتبار، مبيناً أن "الشرعية" قدّمت تنازلات كبيرة، منها تسهيل الرحلات عبر مطار صنعاء للتخفيف من معاناة المسافرين، إلا أن المليشيات قابلت ذلك بصلف وهمجية، تمثلت في احتجاز طائرات الخطوط الجوية اليمنية ومصادرة أموالها، في انتهاك صارخ للأعراف الدولية والقيم الإنسانية.
وشدد عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني على أن السلوك الحوثي يؤكد استمرار المليشيا في نهج تضييق الخناق على الشعب اليمني وتوظيف الملفات الإنسانية لخدمة أجندتها التخريبية.
وخاطب المحرمي القبائل اليمنية وأبناء الشعب قائلاً: «عهدنا لكم قطعناه على أنفسنا ألا نخذلكم أبداً»، مشدداً على أن أيدي الحكومة الشرعية ممدودة للسلام الدائم الذي يحقق تطلعات الشعب اليمني.
واختتم المحرمي: «أيدينا ممدودة للسلام الدائم الذي يضمن حقوق شعبنا، وما دون ذلك فإن فوهات بنادقنا وبأس أبطالنا الأشاوس في أتم الجاهزية لمعركة حاسمة تنهي عبث المليشيات الحوثية الإرهابية، ولن يثنينا أي ابتزاز عن واجبنا في حماية بلادنا وشعبنا».
Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council member Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Mahrami sent a firm message to the Houthi militia, confirming that the legitimate government still clings to opportunities for a just and honorable peace that addresses all political issues, foremost among them the southern issue, while warning that its patience towards the militia's practices has limits.
Al-Mahrami clarified in a post on the "X" platform today (Friday) that the Presidential Leadership Council has placed the interests of Yemeni citizens above all else, indicating that the "legitimacy" has made significant concessions, including facilitating flights through Sanaa Airport to alleviate the suffering of travelers. However, the militia responded with arrogance and brutality, exemplified by the detention of Yemenia Airlines planes and the confiscation of its funds, in a blatant violation of international norms and humanitarian values.
The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council member emphasized that the Houthi behavior confirms the militia's continued approach of tightening the noose around the Yemeni people and exploiting humanitarian issues to serve its destructive agenda.
Al-Mahrami addressed the Yemeni tribes and the people, saying: "We have made a pledge to you that we will never let you down," stressing that the hands of the legitimate government are extended for lasting peace that fulfills the aspirations of the Yemeni people.
Al-Mahrami concluded: "Our hands are extended for lasting peace that guarantees the rights of our people, and beyond that, the barrels of our rifles and the strength of our brave heroes are fully prepared for a decisive battle that will end the chaos of the terrorist Houthi militias, and no extortion will deter us from our duty to protect our country and our people."
