كشفت السلطات الليبية تفاصيل جريمة اغتيال سيف الإسلام القذافي، بعد تحقيقات ميدانية وفنية موسعة قادت إلى تحديد عدد من المشتبهين في تنفيذ الهجوم، فيما أصدر مكتب النائب العام أوامر بضبط 3 أشخاص يُعتقد تورطهم في الجريمة.
ترصد ومراقبة قبل الهجوم
ووفق بيان مكتب النائب العام، فإن الجناة ترصّدوا للمجني عليه بالقرب من مقر إقامته في مدينة الزنتان غرب ليبيا، حيث راقبوا تحركاته لفترة من الزمن إلى أن سنحت لهم الفرصة لتنفيذ مخططهم داخل فناء المنزل.
وأوضح البيان أن المسلحين تسوّروا جدار المسكن، ثم حاصروا الضحية في مساحة ضيقة حالت دون تمكنه من الفرار أو الاحتماء.
وابل رصاص ينهي حياته
وبيّنت التحقيقات أن المهاجمين وجّهوا بنادقهم الرشاشة نحو القذافي وأطلقوا وابلاً كثيفاً من الرصاص، أصابه في مواضع متعددة من جسده، بينما اخترقت طلقات أخرى محيط المكان، لينتهي الهجوم بمقتله في موقع الحادثة.
تحقيقات ميدانية وفنية
وعقب الجريمة، انتقل المحققون إلى موقع الحادثة لإجراء معاينة ميدانية دقيقة، حيث جرت مناظرة جثمان الضحية وتوثيق مواضع الإصابات، إضافة إلى تسجيل الآثار والعلامات الموجودة في مسرح الجريمة.
كما استمع فريق التحقيق إلى إفادات عدد من الأشخاص الذين يمتلكون معلومات حول الواقعة والظروف التي أحاطت بها، في إطار جمع الأدلة والشهادات المرتبطة بالقضية.
تتبع تحركات المشتبهين
وفي موازاة ذلك، أعد فريق الدعم الفني مخططاً لتتبع نشاط المشتبهين وتحركاتهم قبل تنفيذ الجريمة وبعدها. وأظهر التحليل الفني للبيانات والقرائن تحديد موقع اجتماع المشتبهين قبل الهجوم، وتوقيت انتقالهم إلى مكان الجريمة.
وكشفت التحقيقات كذلك المركبات التي استخدمها الجناة في تنقلاتهم، والمسار الذي سلكوه للوصول إلى موقع الحادثة ثم مغادرته عقب التنفيذ.
تحديد 3 مشتبهين
وأسفرت نتائج الاستدلال والتحليل الفني عن تحديد هويات 3 مشتبهين رئيسيين في الجريمة، وعلى ضوء ذلك أصدر مكتب النائب العام أوامر بضبطهم وإحضارهم لاستكمال إجراءات التحقيق ومساءلتهم حول دورهم في الواقعة، دون الكشف عن مزيد من التفاصيل حول هوياتهم أو جنسياتهم.

وكان سيف الإسلام القذافي قد اغتيل في الثالث من فبراير الماضي بمدينة الزنتان، في حادثة نفذها مسلحون اقتحموا مقر إقامته.
ويعد سيف الإسلام ثاني أكبر أبناء العقيد معمر القذافي، وأكبر أبناء زوجته الثانية صفية فركاش. وخلال حكم والده ترأس مؤسسة القذافي للتنمية، وأطلق مشروع «ليبيا الغد»، الذي أفضى إلى الإفراج عن عدد من معارضي النظام آنذاك. كما كان ملاحقاً من قبل المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بتهم تتعلق بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
The Libyan authorities revealed details of the assassination of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, following extensive field and technical investigations that led to the identification of several suspects involved in the attack, while the Public Prosecutor's Office issued orders to apprehend three individuals believed to be involved in the crime.
Surveillance and Monitoring Before the Attack
According to a statement from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the perpetrators surveilled the victim near his residence in the city of Zintan in western Libya, monitoring his movements for some time until they found the opportunity to execute their plan inside the courtyard of the house.
The statement clarified that the gunmen scaled the wall of the residence and then cornered the victim in a narrow space that prevented him from escaping or seeking shelter.
A Rain of Bullets Ends His Life
Investigations revealed that the attackers aimed their automatic rifles at Gaddafi and unleashed a heavy barrage of bullets, hitting him in multiple areas of his body, while other shots penetrated the surroundings, concluding the attack with his death at the scene of the incident.
Field and Technical Investigations
Following the crime, investigators moved to the scene of the incident to conduct a thorough field examination, where the victim's body was inspected, and the locations of the injuries were documented, in addition to recording the traces and signs present at the crime scene.
The investigation team also listened to the testimonies of several individuals who possessed information about the incident and the circumstances surrounding it, as part of the evidence and witness collection related to the case.
Tracking the Movements of the Suspects
In parallel, the technical support team prepared a plan to track the activities and movements of the suspects before and after the crime was committed. The technical analysis of the data and evidence revealed the location of the suspects' meeting before the attack and the timing of their movement to the crime scene.
The investigations also uncovered the vehicles used by the perpetrators in their movements, as well as the route they took to reach the scene of the incident and then leave after carrying out the attack.
Identification of 3 Suspects
The results of the investigation and technical analysis led to the identification of three main suspects in the crime. In light of this, the Public Prosecutor's Office issued orders to apprehend them for further investigation and questioning regarding their role in the incident, without disclosing further details about their identities or nationalities.

Who is Saif al-Islam Gaddafi?
Saif al-Islam Gaddafi was assassinated on February 3rd in the city of Zintan, in an incident carried out by armed men who stormed his residence.
He is considered the second eldest son of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and the eldest son of his second wife, Safia Farkash. During his father's rule, he headed the Gaddafi Foundation for Development and launched the "Libya Tomorrow" project, which led to the release of several opponents of the regime at that time. He was also wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges related to crimes against humanity.
