في اليوم الثاني من الحرب، دوت عدة انفجارات، اليوم (الأحد)، في طهران، وسُمعت الانفجارات في شمال العاصمة الإيرانية، وشوهد الدخان يتصاعد من أحد المبانى.
وأعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي القضاء على غالبية أنظمة الدفاع الجوي في غرب ووسط إيران، لافتاً إلى استهداف منصات إطلاق الصواريخ في إيران.
وأفاد بأنه شن موجة واسعة من الضربات على أهداف في قلب العاصمة الإيرانية، موضحاً أن سلاح الجو نفذ خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية هجمات مكثفة لتحقيق التفوق الجوي وفتح الطريق نحو طهران.
وأكد استدعاء نحو 20 ألف جندي احتياط لمساعدة السكان المدنيين، فيما تتعرض إسرائيل إلى ضربات إيرانية.
وقالت قيادة الجبهة الداخلية في الجيش إنها «استدعت قرابة 20 ألف جندي احتياط»، انضموا «في الساعات الـ24 الماضية إلى القوات النظامية والاحتياطية التابعة لقيادة الجبهة الداخلية والعاملة في جميع أنحاء البلاد».
من جانبها، شنت إيران عدة هجمات جديدة على إسرائيل وعلى مدن خليجية، اليوم، بحسب ما أعلن التلفزيون الرسمي الإيراني، وشهدت عدة مدن خليجية موجة جديدة من الانفجارات القوية، فيما دوت صفارات إنذار في تل أبيب ووسط إسرائيل، بعد رصد إطلاق صواريخ من إيران، وأعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أن الدفاعات تصدت للصواريخ. وأوضح أنه تم تفعيل أنظمة الدفاع لاعتراض الصواريخ. وطلب من المواطنين العودة إلى الملاجئ، ودوت صفارات الإنذار من جديد في العديد من مناطق من البلاد.
وذكر الجيش أن ملايين الأشخاص اضطروا خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية إلى الهرع للملاجئ لنحو 20 مرة، بسبب الهجمات الصاروخية التي شنتها إيران.

The Home Front Command of the army stated that it "called up nearly 20,000 reservists," who joined "in the past 24 hours the regular and reserve forces of the Home Front Command operating throughout the country."
For its part, Iran launched several new attacks on Israel and Gulf cities today, according to Iranian state television, and several Gulf cities witnessed a new wave of powerful explosions, while sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and central Israel after detecting missile launches from Iran. The Israeli army announced that the defenses intercepted the missiles. It clarified that defense systems were activated to intercept the missiles. Citizens were asked to return to shelters, and sirens sounded again in many areas of the country.
The army mentioned that millions of people were forced to rush to shelters nearly 20 times over the past 24 hours due to the missile attacks launched by Iran.
