حذر وزير الخارجية التركي هاكان فيدان، اليوم (الخميس)، من نفاد صبر الأطراف المعنية بخصوص قوات سورية الديمقراطية الكردية، مؤكداً أن بلاده لا تريد اللجوء إلى العمل العسكري ضدها.
وقال فيدان في مقابلة مع قناة «تي آر تي ورلد»: «نأمل فقط أن تمضي الأمور من خلال الحوار والمفاوضات وبشكل سلمي»، مضيفاً: «لا نريد أن نرى اللجوء إلى الوسائل العسكرية مجدداً، لكن على قوات سورية الديمقراطية أن تدرك أن صبر الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة بدأ ينفد».
وكانت قوات سورية الديمقراطية (قسد) قد قالت قبل يومين، إنه رغم استمرار الحوار مع الحكومة السورية لم يتم تحقيق أي تقدم حقيقي حتى الآن على صعيد التفاهمات السياسية والعسكرية بين الطرفين.
وأوضحت أنها قدمت مقترحاً شاملاً يحدد خطوات وآليات اندماجها ضمن الجيش السوري ومؤسسات الدولة، إلا أن الحكومة في دمشق لم تقدم رداً حتى الآن على هذا المقترح.
وأكدت قسد التزامها بمبدأ «الاندماج ضمن إطار الدولة السورية»، موضحة أن أي عملية اندماج يجب أن تتم بطريقة تحافظ على بنيتها التنظيمية ودورها القتالي، بما يضمن استمرار قدرتها على مواجهة التحديات الأمنية.
يذكر أن قائد قسد مظلوم عبدي كان وقع في العاشر من مارس الماضي اتفاقاً مع الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع، نص على دمج كافة المؤسسات المدنية والعسكرية التابعة لقسد في شمال شرق سورية ضمن مؤسسات الدولة الرسمية.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan warned today (Thursday) of the dwindling patience of the parties concerned regarding the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces, affirming that his country does not want to resort to military action against them.
Fidan said in an interview with TRT World: “We only hope that matters will proceed through dialogue and negotiations and in a peaceful manner,” adding: “We do not want to see a return to military means, but the Syrian Democratic Forces must realize that the patience of the relevant actors is running out.”
Two days ago, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) stated that despite ongoing dialogue with the Syrian government, no real progress has been made so far regarding political and military understandings between the two sides.
They clarified that they had presented a comprehensive proposal outlining the steps and mechanisms for their integration into the Syrian army and state institutions, but the government in Damascus has not yet responded to this proposal.
The SDF affirmed its commitment to the principle of “integration within the framework of the Syrian state,” explaining that any integration process must be carried out in a way that preserves its organizational structure and combat role, ensuring its continued ability to face security challenges.
It is worth noting that SDF Commander Mazloum Abdi signed an agreement on March 10 with Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara, which stipulated the integration of all civil and military institutions affiliated with the SDF in northeastern Syria into the official state institutions.
