أكّد مساعد وزير الداخلية لشؤون التقنية الأمير الدكتور بندر بن عبدالله بن مشاري، أن الاتفاقية الإستراتيجية التي وقعتها وزارة الداخلية مع شركة هيوماين، إحدى شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة المتخصصة في تقديم إمكانات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتكاملة على مستوى عالمي، تأتي في إطار حرص الوزارة على تبني التقنيات المتقدمة وتوطين حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وأوضح أن الاتفاقية التي جرى توقيعها خلال حفل افتتاح مؤتمر أبشر 2025، الذي رعاه وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، تمثل عنصراً رئيسياً ضمن جهود الوزارة لتطوير البنية التحتية للحوسبة عالية الأداء، بما يسهم في تحديث البيئة التقنية، ورفع كفاءة الأعمال التشغيلية والإدارية.
وبيّن مساعد وزير الداخلية لشؤون التقنية أن الاتفاقية؛ تهدف إلى تعزيز القدرات الرقمية للوزارة عبر وظائفها الداخلية، وتبني التقنيات المحلية المتقدمة في نماذج اللغة الكبيرة والحوسبة عالية الأداء، والحلول الذكية، بما يسهم في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات، وتحليل البيانات، ودعم اتخاذ القرار.
تطوير حلول ذكاء اصطناعي آمنة
من جانبه، أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة هيوماين طارق أمين، أن الاتفاقية الإستراتيجية تعكس تركيز الشركة على تطوير حلول ذكاء اصطناعي آمنة وعالية الأداء، بما في ذلك الاستفادة من نماذج اللغة العربية المتقدمة وأدوات التحليل الذكية، لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية للجهات الحكومية.
وأضاف، أن الاتفاقية ستدعم عدداً من المبادرات المستقبلية المتوافقة مع توجهات تبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمعايير التقنية والحوكمية المعتمدة.
وعلى الصعيد ذاته، أعلنت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، إطلاق قناة الذكاء الاصطناعي «هيوماين تشات» عبر منصة «أبشر - داخلية»؛ لتمكين منسوبيها من الوصول إلى أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي متقدمة تدعم سرعة استرجاع المعلومات، وأداء المهمات الإدارية والمعرفية الداعمة للعمل المؤسسي، وتحسين كفاءة الأداء وزيادة الإنتاجية، وجودة المخرجات، وتوفير قدرات تحليلية تفاعلية تسهم في تسهيل أداء العمل اليومي.
The Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs, Prince Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah bin Mishari, confirmed that the strategic agreement signed by the Ministry of Interior with Humain, one of the companies under the Public Investment Fund specialized in providing integrated artificial intelligence capabilities at a global level, comes within the framework of the ministry's commitment to adopting advanced technologies and localizing artificial intelligence solutions.
He explained that the agreement, which was signed during the opening ceremony of the Absher 2025 conference, sponsored by the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, represents a key element in the ministry's efforts to develop high-performance computing infrastructure, contributing to updating the technical environment and enhancing the efficiency of operational and administrative work.
The Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs indicated that the agreement aims to enhance the ministry's digital capabilities through its internal functions, adopting advanced local technologies in large language models, high-performance computing, and smart solutions, which contribute to improving operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, data analysis, and supporting decision-making.
Developing Secure Artificial Intelligence Solutions
For his part, the CEO of Humain, Tarek Amin, explained that the strategic agreement reflects the company's focus on developing secure and high-performance artificial intelligence solutions, including leveraging advanced Arabic language models and smart analytical tools to meet the operational requirements of government entities.
He added that the agreement will support a number of future initiatives aligned with the trends of adopting artificial intelligence, as well as the approved technical and governance standards.
In the same context, the Ministry of Interior announced today the launch of the artificial intelligence channel "Humain Chat" via the "Absher - Interior" platform; to enable its personnel to access advanced artificial intelligence tools that support the quick retrieval of information, perform administrative and cognitive tasks that support institutional work, improve performance efficiency, increase productivity, enhance output quality, and provide interactive analytical capabilities that facilitate daily work performance.
