واسى وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز مهند بن وليد قطان في وفاة والده مدير عام مؤسسة «عكاظ» للصحافة والنشر السابق الدكتور وليد بن جميل قطان، رحمه الله، عبر برقية عزاء ومواساة عبّر فيها عن خالص تعازيه وصادق مواساته لأسرة الفقيد.
وقال في البرقية: «أحسن الله عزاءكم، وغفر لفقيدكم، وأسكنه فسيح جناته، وألهمكم وذويكم الصبر والسلوان».
The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, expressed his condolences to Mohannad bin Walid Qattan on the death of his father, the former Director General of the "Okaz" Foundation for Press and Publishing, Dr. Walid bin Jamil Qattan, may God have mercy on him, through a condolence message in which he conveyed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the family of the deceased.
He said in the message: "May God grant you solace, forgive your deceased, and place him in His vast gardens, and may He inspire you and your family with patience and solace."
