محافظ رابغ إلى «الخامسة عشرة»

The royal decree has been issued to promote the Governor of Rabigh, Khalid bin Mohammed Barakah bin Mbarek, to the fifteenth rank.

“Bin Mbarek” is considered one of the leading national competencies in administration, law, diplomatic and security relations. He has also contributed to significantly advancing the province of Rabigh to compete with other provinces in the Kingdom in developmental progress, and he has worked directly on humanizing the province and enhancing the scientific and social efficiency of its residents.
