معرض حرس الحدود التوعوي للسلامة البحرية ينطلق بالمنطقة الشرقية

The General Directorate of Border Guard's awareness exhibition on maritime safety launched yesterday (Sunday) to enhance awareness of correct maritime safety practices and to prevent approaching areas not designated for swimming to avoid drowning incidents. This will continue until Thursday (August 7, 2025) at the Dhahran Complex in the Eastern Province.

The Directorate showcases to visitors the instructions and regulations of the Border Guard for beachgoers, the penalties for swimming in dangerous and prohibited areas, safety guidelines to be followed when visiting the sea, its efforts in search and rescue, the importance of monitoring weather conditions and exercising caution during climatic fluctuations, ensuring the safety of the maritime vessel before sailing, and contacting the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (994) in other regions of the Kingdom in emergency situations.
