نائب أمير الرياض يقلّد الرائد الشكرة رتبته الجديدة

The Deputy Emir of Riyadh, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, awarded the new rank to Captain Sultan bin Muflih Al-Shukra in his office at the Al-Hukm Palace the day before yesterday (Monday), following the royal decree promoting him to the rank of Captain.

Captain Al-Shukra expressed his pride in the trust placed in him and thanked the Deputy Emir of Riyadh for his support and guidance, asking Almighty God for success in serving the religion, then the king, and the homeland.
