أشاد صحفيون فلسطينيون بالحملة الشعبية السعودية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة، مؤكدين أنها قدّمت دعمًا شاملًا استهدف جميع أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني.
جاء ذلك خلال لقاء نظمته نقابة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين بعنوان «الحملة الشعبية السعودية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة»، بالتعاون مع المركز السعودي للثقافة والتراث الشريك المنفذ لمركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية، وذلك في مقر مركز التضامن الإعلامي بمدينة خان يونس، بمشاركة واسعة من الصحفيين والصحفيات وممثلي النقابات والمؤسسات الإعلامية.
وعبّر نائب نقيب الصحفيين الفلسطينيين الدكتور تحسين الأسطل عن تقديره للدور السعودي التاريخي الداعم للشعب الفلسطيني إنسانيًا، مؤكدًا أن الحملة الشعبية السعودية جاءت لتجسد عمق الانتماء العربي والإسلامي لفلسطين، إذ شملت مساعداتها النازحين والمحتاجين والجرحى في جميع محافظات قطاع غزة، في مشهد إنساني يجسد معاني الأخوة الصادقة.
وثمّن الأسطل مواقف خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، والأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، في دعم ومساندة الشعب الفلسطيني في أحلك الظروف، مؤكدًا أن المملكة تقف دائمًا إلى جانب فلسطين في المحافل الدولية.
الدور الإنساني للمملكة
وأشاد الدكتور تحسين الأسطل بالدور الإنساني الكبير الذي تضطلع به المملكة عبر مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة منذ اندلاع الأزمة الإنسانية في غزة، وما قدّمته من مساعدات عاجلة أسهمت في تعزيز صمود الأهالي.
من جانبه، استعرض رئيس المركز السعودي للثقافة والتراث الدكتور عصام أبو خليل أوجه الدعم السعودي المقدم إلى قطاع غزة، موضحًا أن الحملة السعودية شملت قطاعات حيوية متعددة من بينها الأمن الغذائي، والصحة، والإيواء، والمياه، والتعليم، مشددًا على أن هذا الدعم يأتي بتوجيهات كريمة من قيادة المملكة للتخفيف من آثار العدوان والنزوح والمعاناة الإنسانية في غزة.
وفي ختام اللقاء جرى التأكيد على تقدير الوسط الصحفي الفلسطيني للحملة الشعبية السعودية التي شكلت نموذجًا للتضامن العربي الأصيل، مجسدةً أسمى معاني الأخوة والإنسانية والدعم الحقيقي للشعب الفلسطيني.
Palestinian journalists praised the Saudi popular campaign to aid the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, confirming that it provided comprehensive support targeting all members of the Palestinian community.
This came during a meeting organized by the Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate titled "The Saudi Popular Campaign to Aid the Palestinian People in the Gaza Strip," in collaboration with the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, the executing partner of the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Work, held at the Media Solidarity Center in Khan Younis, with wide participation from journalists, media representatives, and syndicate members.
Dr. Tahseen Al-Ashtal, Deputy Head of the Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate, expressed his appreciation for the historic Saudi role in supporting the Palestinian people humanitarianly, emphasizing that the Saudi popular campaign came to embody the depth of Arab and Islamic belonging to Palestine, as its aid included displaced individuals, those in need, and the injured across all governorates of the Gaza Strip, in a humanitarian scene that reflects the meanings of true brotherhood.
Al-Ashtal valued the positions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, in supporting and assisting the Palestinian people in the most difficult circumstances, affirming that the Kingdom always stands by Palestine in international forums.
The Humanitarian Role of the Kingdom
Dr. Tahseen Al-Ashtal praised the significant humanitarian role played by the Kingdom through the King Salman Center for Relief since the outbreak of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and the urgent assistance provided that contributed to enhancing the resilience of the residents.
For his part, Dr. Issam Abu Khalil, Head of the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, reviewed the various forms of Saudi support provided to the Gaza Strip, explaining that the Saudi campaign included multiple vital sectors such as food security, health, shelter, water, and education, stressing that this support comes under the generous directives of the Kingdom's leadership to alleviate the effects of aggression, displacement, and humanitarian suffering in Gaza.
At the conclusion of the meeting, there was a reaffirmation of the Palestinian journalistic community's appreciation for the Saudi popular campaign, which has formed a model of authentic Arab solidarity, embodying the highest meanings of brotherhood, humanity, and genuine support for the Palestinian people.
