تواصلت المشاورات بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس في شرم الشيخ بمصر وبمشاركة الوسطاء (قطر ومصر والولايات المتحدة) اليوم (الخميس)، لبحث بعض التفاصيل النهائية.
ورغم أن هيئة السجون الإسرائيلية أكدت أنها لم تتلق بعد أسماء الأسرى الذين سيفرج عنهم، إلا أن متحدث باسم الحكومة الإسرائيلية، أكد أن القيادي في حركة فتح، مروان البرغوثي لن يكون ضمن المفرج عنهم.
مناقشة الأسرى
ونقلت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية عن مصادر إسرائيلية قولها إن جثتي زعيم حماس السابق يحيى السنوار وشقيقه محمد الذي قتل في مايو الماضي، لن تشملهما صفقة التبادل.
وطالبت حركة حماس بالإفراج عن البرغوثي، في إطار المباحثات غير المباشرة مع إسرائيل حول قائمة المعتقلين الفلسطينيين الذين تريد مبادلتهم بالرهائن الإسرائيليين، وبحسب قناة القاهرة الإخبارية فإن مصر بدأت مناقشة قوائم الأسرى الفلسطينيين المزمع الإفراج عنهم من السجون الإسرائيلية وفق اتفاق التبادل.
وأشارت إلى أن القوائم تضم مروان البرغوثي وأحمد سعدات وحسن سلامة وعباس السيد وآخرين.
من جهة أخرى، أكد عضو المكتب السياسي في حماس حسام بدران، أن الحركة تعاملت مع خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب من منطلق وطني فلسطيني شامل، ما يؤكد ضرورة وحدة الموقف الفلسطيني في مواجهة كل التحديات.
وقال بدران: إنه منذ إعلان خطة ترمب، تواصلت الحركة مع الفصائل وبيّنت المخاطر وضرورة العمل الوطني المشترك للوصول إلى موقف فلسطيني موحد، لافتاً إلى أنها أجرت لقاءات واتصالات وتبادلت رسائل مع القيادات والنخب المستقلة على مدار الأيام الماضية لتوحيد الرد الوطني.
مشاورات وموسعة
وأشار إلى أن الرد النهائي الذي قدمته الحركة كان ثمرة مشاورات موسعة بعد أن استمر العمل فيها على نفس النهج خلال المفاوضات في شرم الشيخ، مع متابعة جميع الاتصالات لضمان موقف موحد.
وشدد بدران على ضرورة إجراء حوار لبحث التفاصيل المتعلقة بالاتفاق كافة وخطة المستقبل، لضمان توافق الجميع على الخطوات والمراحل القادمة، موضحاً أن أي قرار فلسطيني يجب أن يعبر عن وحدة الموقف، ويشمل جميع الفصائل والنخب والشعب الفلسطيني.
Consultations between Israel and Hamas took place today (Thursday) in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, with the participation of mediators (Qatar, Egypt, and the United States) to discuss some final details.
Although the Israeli Prison Service confirmed that it has not yet received the names of the prisoners who will be released, a spokesperson for the Israeli government stated that the leader of Fatah, Marwan Barghouti, will not be among those released.
Discussion of Prisoners
Israeli broadcasting authority reported that Israeli sources stated that the bodies of former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and his brother Mohammed, who was killed last May, will not be included in the exchange deal.
Hamas demanded the release of Barghouti as part of the indirect negotiations with Israel regarding the list of Palestinian detainees they wish to exchange for Israeli hostages. According to Al-Qahira News Channel, Egypt has begun discussing the lists of Palestinian prisoners intended for release from Israeli prisons under the exchange agreement.
It was noted that the lists include Marwan Barghouti, Ahmad Sa'adat, Hassan Salameh, Abbas Al-Sayed, and others.
On another note, Hamas political bureau member Hossam Badran confirmed that the movement dealt with U.S. President Donald Trump's plan from a comprehensive Palestinian national perspective, emphasizing the necessity of a unified Palestinian stance in the face of all challenges.
Badran stated that since the announcement of Trump's plan, the movement has been in contact with factions, highlighting the risks and the need for joint national action to reach a unified Palestinian position, noting that it has held meetings and communications and exchanged messages with independent leaders and elites over the past days to unify the national response.
Extensive Consultations
He pointed out that the final response provided by the movement was the result of extensive consultations after continuing to work in the same manner during the negotiations in Sharm El Sheikh, while monitoring all communications to ensure a unified position.
Badran stressed the necessity of conducting a dialogue to discuss all details related to the agreement and the future plan, to ensure that everyone agrees on the upcoming steps and phases, clarifying that any Palestinian decision should reflect a unified stance and include all factions, elites, and the Palestinian people.
