قدمت ألبانيا يوم أمس رسميًا ما يعرف بالوزيرة الرقمية ضمن حكومتها في خطوة تهدف إلى استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لتبسيط العمليات الإدارية ومحاربة الفساد.
وجرى دمج الوزيرة الافتراضية التي أطلق عليه اسم ديلا وتعني الشمس باللغة الألبانية، في مجلس وزراء رئيس الحكومة إدي راما.
ورغم أن ديلا لا تظهر كوزيرة على القائمة الرسمية للحكومة الصادرة عن الرئيس باجرام بيجاي، فإن الوثيقة تنص على أن راما مسؤول عن إنشاء وتشغيل الوزيرة الافتراضية للذكاء الاصطناعي ديلا.
وكانت ديلا في السابق مجرد روبوت محادثة على مواقع حكومية، لكنها تعرض بصريًا الآن كامرأة ترتدي الزي الألباني التقليدي.
وقال راما: «إن هذه الخطوة ستعمل على جمع أفضل الكفاءات الوطنية والألبان في المهجر، وخبراء أجانب و تحويل المؤسسات إلى منصات لتطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي».
وخلال جلسة برلمانية ظهرت ديلا عبر فيديو لتقدم نفسها كوزيرة الدولة لشؤون الذكاء الاصطناعي، مؤكدة أن مهمتها تسهيل عمل الحكومة يوميًا.
Albania officially introduced what is known as the digital minister within its government yesterday, in a move aimed at utilizing artificial intelligence to simplify administrative processes and combat corruption.
The virtual minister, named Dila, which means "the sun" in Albanian, has been integrated into the cabinet of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Although Dila does not appear as a minister on the official government list issued by President Bajram Begaj, the document states that Rama is responsible for the creation and operation of the virtual AI minister Dila.
Dila was previously just a chatbot on government websites, but she is now visually presented as a woman wearing traditional Albanian attire.
Rama stated, "This step will work to gather the best national talents and Albanians in the diaspora, foreign experts, and transform institutions into platforms for developing artificial intelligence."
During a parliamentary session, Dila appeared via video to introduce herself as the state minister for artificial intelligence, confirming that her mission is to facilitate the government's daily work.
