فيما أعلنت أوكرانيا، استعادة ألف جثمان إضافي من روسيا تعود إلى جنود أوكرانيين قتلوا خلال المعارك، وذلك بعد عمليات تبادل مماثل في الأشهر الأخيرة، أكد وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف، اليوم (الخميس)، أن بلاده تريد الحفاظ على الحوار مع الولايات المتحدة عبر جميع القنوات.
وأوضح أن روسيا تلمس رغبة متبادلة من جانب واشنطن، مشدداً بالقول: «نريد الحفاظ على الحوار الذي أقيم بين رئيسينا، وبين وزيري خارجيتينا، من خلال قنوات أخرى، بين مساعدي الأمن القومي والممثلين الخاصين للرئيسين، ونحن نرى نفس الرغبة من الجانب الأمريكي».
صفقات ترمب
وقال لافروف: ترمب لا يراوغ، ولا يخفي أفكاره، إنه يركز على النتائج، على ما يسميها «صفقات» بالمعنى الأوسع للكلمة، متهماً ما وصفه بـ«الدولة العمقية» بإعاقة ترمب.
وأشار إلى أن موسكو تعتبر بدء الرئيس ترمب، عقب لقائه الرئيس بوتين في ألاسكا، بالدعوة ليس فقط إلى وقف إطلاق النار في أوكرانيا، بل إلى تسوية طويلة الأمد ومستدامة، خطوة مهمة.
تبادل جثث
من جهة أخرى، قال المركز الحكومي الأوكراني لأسرى الحرب، إن «ألف جثة تعود بحسب الجانب الروسي إلى عسكريين أوكرانيين، تمت إعادتها إلى أوكرانيا».
بدورها، نقلت وكالة «تاس» الروسية للأنباء عن مصدر مطلع قوله، إن روسيا سلمت أوكرانيا ألف جثة أخرى لجنود أوكرانيين سقطوا في المعارك، بينما سلم الجانب الأوكراني بالمقابل 24 جثة لموسكو.
وكانت وزارة الدفاع الروسية، قد أعلنت في وقت سابق اليوم، عن حصيلة عملياتها العسكرية، خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية، على كافة محاور القتال المختلفة في منطقة العملية العسكرية الخاصة، وقالت إنها استهدفت القوات الأوكرانية في 142 منطقة، وتحييد نحو 1395 جندياً أوكرانياً، فضلاً عن اعتراض 106 طائرات مسيرة.
هجمات متبادلة
وقالت روسيا إن هجوماً وقع على منطقة باشكورتوستان الروسية المجاورة.
وقال حاكم منطقة باشكورتوستان إن مصنعاً كيمياوياً تابعاً لشركة «غازبروم» الروسية الحكومية في مدينة سالافات قد تعرض لهجوم بطائرتين مسيرتين.
بالمقابل، قال الجيش الأوكراني إن مصفاة النفط المحلية في فولغوغراد تعرضت للقصف، ولم يعلن عن الأضرار التي لحقت بالمصفاة.
Ukraine announced the recovery of an additional thousand bodies from Russia belonging to Ukrainian soldiers who were killed during the battles, following similar exchanges in recent months. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed today (Thursday) that his country wants to maintain dialogue with the United States through all channels.
He explained that Russia senses a mutual desire from Washington, emphasizing: "We want to maintain the dialogue established between our two presidents, and between our two foreign ministers, through other channels, between national security aides and the special representatives of the presidents, and we see the same desire from the American side."
Trump's Deals
Lavrov stated that Trump does not evade or hide his ideas; he focuses on results, on what he calls "deals" in the broader sense of the word, accusing what he described as the "deep state" of obstructing Trump.
He noted that Moscow considers President Trump's initiation, following his meeting with President Putin in Alaska, to call not only for a ceasefire in Ukraine but for a long-term and sustainable settlement, an important step.
Body Exchange
On another note, the Ukrainian government center for prisoners of war stated that "a thousand bodies, according to the Russian side, belonging to Ukrainian military personnel, have been returned to Ukraine."
For its part, the Russian news agency TASS quoted an informed source as saying that Russia handed over another thousand bodies of Ukrainian soldiers who fell in battles to Ukraine, while the Ukrainian side, in return, delivered 24 bodies to Moscow.
The Russian Ministry of Defense had announced earlier today the results of its military operations over the past 24 hours across all various combat fronts in the area of the special military operation, stating that it targeted Ukrainian forces in 142 areas and neutralized about 1,395 Ukrainian soldiers, in addition to intercepting 106 drones.
Mutual Attacks
Russia reported that an attack occurred in the neighboring Russian region of Bashkortostan.
The governor of Bashkortostan stated that a chemical plant belonging to the Russian state company Gazprom in the city of Salavat was attacked by two drones.
In turn, the Ukrainian army stated that the local oil refinery in Volgograd was bombed, but did not announce the damages incurred by the refinery.
