كشفت أكثر من 100 منظمة غير حكومية اليوم (الخميس)، أن القواعد الإسرائيلية الجديدة التي تنظم عمل مجموعات المساعدات الأجنبية تستخدم بشكل متزايد لرفض طلباتها لإدخال الإمدادات إلى قطاع غزة.
وقالت المنظمات في رسالة مشتركة نشرت اليوم: إن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي رفض طلبات عشرات المنظمات غير الحكومية لإدخال إمدادات منقذة للحياة، قائلاً: إن هذه المنظمات غير مخوّلة بتسليم المساعدات.
وأشارت الرسالة التي وقعتها منظمات مثل أوكسفام وأطباء بلا حدود، إلى أن 60 طلبا على الأقل لإدخال المساعدات رفضت في شهر يوليو وحده.
من جهة أخرى، أدانت وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية الخطوة الإسرائيلية، مؤكدة أنها استمرار لمخططات الاحتلال لضرب فرصة تجسيد الدولة الفلسطينية على أرض الوطن، وتقويض وحدتها الجغرافية والسكانية، وتكريس تقسيم الضفة إلى مناطق معزولة بعضها عن بعض، تغرق في محيط استعماري ليسهل استكمال ضمها.
واعتبرت الخارجية الفلسطينية أنها امتداد لجرائم الإبادة والتهجير والضم، وهي صدى لمقولات نتنياهو بشأن ما أسماه إسرائيل الكبرى.
من جهتها، أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الأردنية إدانتها للإعلان الإسرائيلي، موضحة أن الأردن يرفض تماماً الخطة الاستيطانية الإسرائيلية بوصفها اعتداء «على حق الشعب الفلسطيني غير القابل للتصرف في تجسيد دولته المستقلة ذات السيادة على خطوط الرابع من يونيو عام 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية».
وكان وزير المالية الإسرائيلي المتطرف بتسلئيل سموتريتش أعلن اليوم إقرار خطط لإقامة مستوطنات جديدة في إطار مشروع «E1» الذي يهدف لفصل القدس الشرقية عن الضفة الغربية المحتلة، في خطوة قال إنها ستقوّض تماماً إمكانية قيام دولة فلسطينية.
وقال الوزير اليميني المتطرف: هذه الخطة ستدفن فكرة إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.
More than 100 non-governmental organizations revealed today (Thursday) that the new Israeli regulations governing the work of foreign aid groups are increasingly being used to deny their requests to bring supplies into the Gaza Strip.
The organizations stated in a joint letter published today that the Israeli occupation has rejected requests from dozens of NGOs to bring in life-saving supplies, claiming that these organizations are not authorized to deliver aid.
The letter, signed by organizations such as Oxfam and Doctors Without Borders, indicated that at least 60 requests to bring in aid were rejected in July alone.
On the other hand, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli move, asserting that it is a continuation of the occupation's plans to undermine the opportunity to realize the Palestinian state on its homeland, to undermine its geographical and demographic unity, and to entrench the division of the West Bank into isolated areas, drowning in a colonial environment to facilitate its annexation.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry considered it an extension of the crimes of genocide, displacement, and annexation, echoing Netanyahu's statements regarding what he called Greater Israel.
For its part, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced its condemnation of the Israeli announcement, clarifying that Jordan completely rejects the Israeli settlement plan as an assault "on the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to realize their independent sovereign state along the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital."
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, a far-right figure, announced today the approval of plans to establish new settlements as part of the "E1" project, which aims to separate East Jerusalem from the occupied West Bank, in a move he said would completely undermine the possibility of a Palestinian state.
The far-right minister stated: This plan will bury the idea of establishing a Palestinian state.
