أعلنت الشرطة الإسبانية، اليوم (الأحد)، انتشال جثتي طيار ونجله، بعد سقوط طائرتهما مزدوجة الجناحين في البحر قبالة جزيرة مايوركا الإسبانية.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام إسبانية أن الطائرة ذات المقعدين من طراز (تيم روكيت إف-4 رايدر) كانت تقوم فيما يبدو بحركات بهلوانية قبل سقوطها مساء أمس (السبت)، بمنطقة بويرتو سوير، مبينة أن الغواصين الذين كانوا يبحثون عن الطيار وابنه (13 عاماً) عثروا على جثتيهما في البحر بعد عملية بحث.
وقال الحرس المدني الإسباني، في بيان: «في نحو الساعة الواحدة مساء (11:00 بتوقيت جرينتش)، انتشل غواصون متخصصون من الحرس المدني جثتي الطيار وابنه من البحر على عمق 30 متراً، ونُقلت الجثتان إلى بويرتو سوير»، مشيراً إلى أن الشرطة تحقق في ملابسات سقوط الطائرة.
وقالت السلطات الإسبانية في بيان إن الحادثة وقعت نحو الساعة الثامنة مساءً (18:00 بتوقيت غرينتش)، بالقرب من منارة بورت دي سولير، على الساحل الشمالي للجزيرة الواقعة في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، مؤكدة أن طاقم قارب شهد الحادثة وأبلغ الشرطة.
وذكرت السلطات أن الطائرة التي أقلعت من مطار في مايوركا قبل ساعتين، سقطت في البحر على بُعد نحو 100 متر من الشاطئ، وبحسب صحيفة محلية، فإن الطائرة تقوم بمناورات جوية قبل سقوطها.

The Spanish police announced today (Sunday) the recovery of the bodies of a pilot and his son after their biplane crashed into the sea off the coast of the Spanish island of Mallorca.
Spanish media reported that the two-seater aircraft, a (Tim Rocket F-4 Raider), appeared to be performing acrobatic maneuvers before it crashed last night (Saturday) in the Puerto Soller area, indicating that divers searching for the pilot and his 13-year-old son found their bodies in the sea after a search operation.
The Spanish Civil Guard stated in a statement: "At around 1 PM (11:00 GMT), specialized divers from the Civil Guard recovered the bodies of the pilot and his son from the sea at a depth of 30 meters, and the bodies were transported to Puerto Soller," noting that the police are investigating the circumstances of the plane's crash.
The Spanish authorities stated in a statement that the incident occurred around 8 PM (18:00 GMT), near the Port de Soller lighthouse, on the northern coast of the island located in the Mediterranean Sea, confirming that a crew from a boat witnessed the incident and reported it to the police.
The authorities mentioned that the plane, which took off from an airport in Mallorca two hours earlier, crashed into the sea about 100 meters from the shore, and according to a local newspaper, the plane was performing aerial maneuvers before its crash.
