حذر الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، من أن الوضع في الشرق الأوسط يزداد سوءاً. واعتبر خلال اجتماع مع خريجي الجامعات العسكرية الروسية، أمس (الإثنين)، أن الوضع الحالي في العالم يتغير بشكل ديناميكي.
وقال بوتين إن الوضع الدولي الراهن يشهد تغيرات ديناميكية، إذ نرى كيف تدهور الوضع في الشرق الأوسط بشكل حاد، كما تُجر قوى غير إقليمية إلى الصراع. كل هذا يدفع العالم إلى نقطة خطيرة للغاية، بحسب ما نقلت وكالة «سبوتنيك» الروسية للأنباء.
واتهم بعض الساسة في الغرب بأنهم يخططون لإلحاق هزيمة استراتيجية بروسيا، معتبراً أن التاريخ لم يعلمهم شيئاً.
وأضاف الرئيس الروسي: نعلم أنه في قمة حلف الأطلسي (الناتو) القادمة، يخططون لإعلان بدء برنامج واسع النطاق لتعزيز قدرات الحلف، ولتحقيق ذلك، ستزاد الميزانيات العسكرية لدول الناتو. ولفت إلى أن دول الحلف تنفق بالفعل على الأغراض العسكرية أكثر مما تنفقه دول العالم مجتمعة، ومن هنا يتضح من يثير هذا الأمر حقّاً، العسكرة العالمية وسباق التسلح.
وشدّد بوتين على ضرورة مواصلة العمل لتطوير القوات المسلحة، وزيادة فعالية جميع الهياكل المسؤولة عن أمن البلاد، معرباً عن ثقته في أنكم ستؤدون واجباتكم بمسؤولية وتفانٍ كبير، وستخدمون روسيا وشعبنا بإخلاص وتفانٍ. وأفاد بأن الغرب اختلق قصة رعب حول «تهديد روسي» محتمل لتخويف الشعب.
في غضون ذلك، نقلت وكالة الإعلام الروسية عن وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي قوله: إنه عقد اجتماعاً جيداً مع الرئيس الروسي في موسكو وناقشا بإسهاب التطورات في الشرق الأوسط. وقال المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف: إن بوتين وعراقجي ناقشا مجموعة من القضايا، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على توجيه الوضع الإقليمي نحو حل سلمي.
وجدد عراقجي التأكيد على أن الهجمات الإسرائيلية تخالف القانون الدولي. وقال إن إيران تدافع عن سيادتها وأراضيها.
ووصف عراقجي العلاقات مع روسيا بأنها «جيدة»، و«نتشاور دائماً.. روسيا تساعدنا في بناء محطة بوشهر النووية»، فيما تحدثت وسائل إعلام غربية أن عراقجي نقل رسالة من المرشد الإيراني على خامنئي إلى بوتين، تطلب الدعم والمساعدة.
ونقلت وكالة «تاس» الروسية للأنباء عن عراقجي قوله إن إيران وروسيا تنسقان مواقفهما بشأن التصعيد الحالي في الشرق الأوسط. ونددت روسيا بشدة، أمس (الأحد)، بالضربات الأمريكية غير المسؤولة على مواقع نووية في إيران.

Putin said that the current international situation is witnessing dynamic changes, as we see how sharply the situation in the Middle East has deteriorated, and non-regional powers are being drawn into the conflict. All of this is pushing the world to a very dangerous point, according to what the Russian news agency "Sputnik" reported.
He accused some politicians in the West of planning to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia, considering that history has taught them nothing.
The Russian president added: We know that at the upcoming NATO summit, they plan to announce the start of a large-scale program to enhance the alliance's capabilities, and to achieve this, NATO countries' military budgets will be increased. He pointed out that NATO countries are already spending on military purposes more than all the countries of the world combined, and from here it becomes clear who is really stirring this matter, global militarization and the arms race.
Putin emphasized the necessity of continuing to work on developing the armed forces and increasing the effectiveness of all structures responsible for the country's security, expressing his confidence that you will perform your duties with great responsibility and dedication, and that you will serve Russia and our people faithfully and devotedly. He noted that the West has fabricated a horror story about a potential "Russian threat" to scare the people.
Meanwhile, the Russian news agency quoted Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi as saying that he had a good meeting with the Russian president in Moscow and discussed in detail the developments in the Middle East. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Putin and Araghchi discussed a range of issues, with a particular focus on steering the regional situation towards a peaceful resolution.
Araghchi reiterated that Israeli attacks violate international law. He stated that Iran defends its sovereignty and territory.
He described relations with Russia as "good," and "we always consult... Russia is helping us build the Bushehr nuclear power plant," while Western media reported that Araghchi conveyed a message from Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to Putin, requesting support and assistance.
The Russian news agency "TASS" quoted Araghchi as saying that Iran and Russia are coordinating their positions regarding the current escalation in the Middle East. Russia strongly condemned, yesterday (Sunday), the irresponsible American strikes on nuclear sites in Iran.
