بعيون دامعة وابتسامة تحكي الحاجة فاطمة من جيبوتي تفاصيل رحلتها الإيمانية التي طال انتظارها، وكيف تحوّل الحرمان إلى فرحة بعد أن حظيت بشرف الحج ضمن برنامج ضيوف خادم الحرمين الشريفين: «كنت أعيش على أمل حج بيت الله، فتقدّمت مع زوجي لأول مرة في 2022 عبر البعثة الجيبوتية، لكننا واجهنا عراقيل كثيرة، منها اشتراطات كورونا والفحوصات الصحية والكرت الأصفر».
وتتابع بنبرة متأثرة: «رغم كل ذلك، تمكّن زوجي من استكمال الأوراق وتم قبولنا، لكن الصدمة كانت في آخر لحظة، يوم التفويج الأخير، أبلغونا بأن العدد اكتمل، شعرت أن الدنيا أغلقت أبوابها، لكنني استرجعت دعاء أم سلمة رضي الله عنها، فقلت: اللهم أجرني في مصيبتي وأخلف لي خيراً منها».
ولم يكن ذلك الدعاء إلا بداية الجبر الجميل..
«هذا العام، رزقني الله بأعظم تعويض، إذ تم اختياري أنا وزوجي ضمن برنامج ضيوف خادم الحرمين الشريفين. منذ وصولنا، لم نلمس سوى الكرم والاحترام والخدمة الراقية، شعرت أن الله ربط على قلبي، وجبرني جبراً عظيماً، جبراً تتعجب له القلوب قبل العيون».
واختتمت حديثها برسالة امتنان: «أشكر جميع المشرفين والمشرفات، وكل من سعى في تيسير حجنا وراحتنا، وأسأل الله أن يجعل ما قدموه في موازين حسناتهم، وأن يرزق كل مشتاق بلوغ هذا المقام العظيم».

With tearful eyes and a smile that tells a story, Fatima from Djibouti shares the details of her long-awaited spiritual journey and how deprivation turned into joy after she had the honor of performing Hajj as part of the Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques program: “I was living with the hope of performing Hajj to the House of Allah. My husband and I applied for the first time in 2022 through the Djiboutian mission, but we faced many obstacles, including COVID-19 requirements, health tests, and the yellow card.”
She continues with an emotional tone: “Despite all that, my husband was able to complete the paperwork, and we were accepted. But the shock came at the last moment, on the final day of the grouping, when we were informed that the number was complete. I felt like the world had closed its doors on me, but I recalled the prayer of Umm Salama, may Allah be pleased with her, and I said: O Allah, reward me in my affliction and replace it with something better.”
That prayer was just the beginning of beautiful compensation..
“This year, Allah blessed me with the greatest compensation, as my husband and I were chosen to be part of the Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques program. Since our arrival, we have experienced nothing but generosity, respect, and high-quality service. I felt that Allah had comforted my heart and provided me with a great solace, a solace that astonishes hearts before eyes.”
She concluded her talk with a message of gratitude: “I thank all the supervisors and all those who worked to facilitate our Hajj and comfort, and I ask Allah to place what they have done in their scales of good deeds, and to grant every yearning soul the opportunity to reach this great status.”
