سجّل المشاركون من المملكة حضوراً بارزاً في مسابقة المهارات الخليجية 2025 التي اختتمت فعالياتها اليوم في دولة قطر، حيث نالوا 6 ميداليات في مختلف المهارات التقنية والمهنية، شملت الميداليتين الذهبيتين في «الروبوتات» و«الروبوتات صغار»، والفضية في «اللحام»، و3 ميداليات برونزية في «التصميم الجرافيكي» و«الإلكترونيات» و«الكهرباء».
وأشاد نائب المحافظ للتدريب الدكتور عادل الزنيدي بالمستوى الذي أظهره المشاركون السعوديون في المسابقة، مؤكداً أن ما حققوه يعكس تميز الشباب السعودي وقدرتهم على المنافسة إقليمياً ودولياً، ويجسد الدعم المستمر الذي توليه المملكة لتطوير المهارات الوطنية وصقل قدرات الشباب في مختلف المجالات التقنية والمهنية، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
من جانبه، أوضح المسؤول الأول عن الأمانة العامة لمسابقة المهارات الوطنية المهندس عبدالله الدحيلان أن هذا الإنجاز جاء ثمرة لبرامج التدريب والتأهيل التي نفذتها الأمانة العامة، مشيراً إلى أن النتائج المتحققة تؤكد جاهزية الكفاءات الوطنية وقدرتها على تمثيل المملكة في المنافسات الإقليمية والدولية.
وشهد الحفل الختامي حضور القائم بأعمال سفارة المملكة في دولة قطر أحمد بن حضيري العنزي، وعدد من المسؤولين وممثلي الجهات المشاركة في المسابقة.
وجسدت مشاركة المتسابقين السعوديين في المسابقة حضوراً وطنياً مشرفاً في مجالات المهارات التقنية والمهنية، عكست مستوى الإتقان والكفاءة، وأسهمت في تعزيز موقع المملكة ضمن منظومة التميز والابتكار في دول مجلس التعاون.
Participants from the Kingdom made a prominent presence in the Gulf Skills Competition 2025, which concluded today in the State of Qatar, where they won 6 medals in various technical and professional skills, including two gold medals in "Robotics" and "Junior Robotics," a silver medal in "Welding," and 3 bronze medals in "Graphic Design," "Electronics," and "Electricity."
The Deputy Governor for Training, Dr. Adel Al-Zunaidi, praised the level demonstrated by the Saudi participants in the competition, affirming that their achievements reflect the excellence of Saudi youth and their ability to compete regionally and internationally. He emphasized the continuous support that the Kingdom provides to develop national skills and refine the capabilities of youth in various technical and professional fields, contributing to the realization of the objectives of Vision 2030.
For his part, the head of the General Secretariat of the National Skills Competition, Engineer Abdullah Al-Duhailan, explained that this achievement is the result of the training and qualification programs implemented by the General Secretariat, noting that the results achieved confirm the readiness of national competencies and their ability to represent the Kingdom in regional and international competitions.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Chargé d'Affaires of the Kingdom's Embassy in the State of Qatar, Ahmed bin Hadhiri Al-Anzi, along with several officials and representatives of the participating organizations in the competition.
The participation of Saudi competitors in the competition represented a commendable national presence in the fields of technical and professional skills, reflecting a level of mastery and competence, and contributing to enhancing the Kingdom's position within the framework of excellence and innovation in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
